Description Invitation To Bid For Functional Birthing Clinic The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Thousand Thirty Pesos (php 50,030.00) Only For Lot 1, Nine Hundred Pesos (php 900.00) Only For Lot 2, Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 4,500.00) Only For Lot 3, And Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php 6,200.00) Only For Lot 4, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of Functional Birthing Clinic. Bids Received In Excess Of Each Lot/item Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Medical Equipment And Instruments To Be Used For The Rhu Birthing Drugs And Equipment. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm.
