Description Invitation To Bid For Local Peace Dialogue- Information And Education Campaign (iec) The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (php 175,000.00) Only For Lot 1 (catering Services), Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 50,000.00) Only For Lot 2 (supplies), And Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 58,650.00) Only For Lot 3 (fuel), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Local Peace Dialogue- Information And Education Campaign (iec). Bids Received In Excess Of Each Item/lot Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Catering Services To Be Used For The Information And Education Campaign (iec) And Local Peace Dialogue. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Alternative Method Of Procurement (negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9)) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Address Below On Or Before November 25, 2024 Not Later Than 10:00 Am In The Morning.
