Preventive Maintenance Program That Schedules Plant Inspection Based On A Variety Of Categories. A Pm Schedule Is Developed For Each Type Of Machine We Service. The Pm Schedule Established Is Based Upon Usage And Machine Type. The Schedule Is Progressive. Each Successive Pm Includes A Higher Level Of Maintenance Inspection Activity. Machine Are Inspected Based On Running Hours And Days. In Addition, Each Machine Receives An Annual Comprehensive Inspection. Technical Characteristics I. Background The Biomedical Section Mission Is To Effectively And Efficiently Provide Safe, Clean, Reliable, And Comfortable Medical Oxygen Plant Operation. Maintenance Program Is Preventive Rather Than Reactive Maintenance. A Strong Preventive Maintenance Program Effectively Reduces Overall Maintenance Costs By Decreasing The Number Of Calls And The High Cost Of Unpredictable Repairs Caused By Reactive Maintenance. Ii. Eligibility Requirements Of Service Provider A. Minimum Qualifications 1. The Service Provider Must Be An Authorized Dealer Of At Least One (1) Of The Specific Typology Of Oxygen Generating Plant 2. The Service Provider Must Have Service Centers Located Mindanao Area. 3. At Least One (1) Certified Service Advisor Must Be Available As The Need Arises To Attend To The Concerns Of Oxygen Generating Plant. 4. The Service Provider Must Have All The Necessary Parts, Materials, Tools, Manpower And Equipment To Carry Out The Necessary Repair And Maintenance Works Of The Aforesaid Oxygen Generating Plant. B. Functions And Responsibilities The Service Provider Shall Undertake The Following Functions And Responsibilities: 1. Perform The Services Prescribed In The Delivery Order Contract. 2. Provide Maintenance Services In Line With The Periodic Maintenance Service (“pms”) Schedule As Prescribed By The Manufacturer. 3. Provide Job Estimate And Inspection Report Prior To Commencement Of The Pms Or Other Repair And Maintenance Works Subject To The Approval Of An Authorized Representative Of Biomedical/ Oxygen Generating Plant. 4. Ensures Availability Of The Service Center During Normal Operation Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Daily. 5. Ensures Safekeeping Of Oxygen Generating Plant During Repair And Maintenance Works At The Service Center. 6. Maintain Strict Control Of All Accountable Documents. This Includes Logs And Registers Required By Oxygen Generating Plant. These Documents Will Be Made Available To Oxygen Generating Plant Upon Request. Each Machine Or Module Should Have A File And History Records. 7. Provide Recommendation And Post-inspection Report After Every Repair And Maintenance Service Done By The Service Provider In Preparation For The Next Pms. 8. Provide Sales Invoice Indicating Warranty Cover And Official Receipt For Every Maintenance Service Accomplished By The Service Provider. In Case Of Repair And Maintenance Service Not Covered Under The Order Agreement List, Separate Sales Invoice And Official Receipt Shall Be Issued By The Service Provider. Iii. Technical Specifications 1. The Service Provider Shall Supply And Install Genuine Service Parts And Materials Conforming To The Standards For The Specific Typology Of Oxygen Generating Plant And Always Ensures Availability. 2.
