The 4id, Philippine Army, Through The Philippine Army Appropriations Cy 2024 (ra 11975 With Asa No. 0400-2024-2021 And Asa No. 0400-2024-2036 Dated September 03, 2024 Valid Until December 31, 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five (php3, 324, 285.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Furniture Amenities For 4id Under 4id Sbac 07-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
