Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Noa.
