Implementing the outcome map approach to supporting evaluation in Social Care Wales-The purpose of this project is to build upon he developed evaluation framework which uses the outcome mapping approach. The Supplier will provide additional support to Social Care Wales staff in identifying outcomes and think about how and when they will measure and report on impact. This will particularly involve working with Managers to create more detailed evaluation plans in order to better assess the impact of business as usual, as well as new and emerging projects.
