UPGRADE OF HFO HEATER HONEYWELL OBSOLETE PLC & SCADA IN RLIC-UPGRADE OF CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR HEATER, SHUTDOWN SYSTEM OF BMS 1&2, AND HFO EXPORT PUMP OF HFO PLANT IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY QatarEnergy requires the services of a qualified and experienced CONTRACTOR to carry out the Engineering, Design, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning to upgraded following obsolete systems at HFO facility in Ras Laffan: (a) Honeywell PLC and SCADA Control Systems (b) Shutdown system of existing obsolete Honeywell BMS 1 & 2 and (c) HFO Export pump control panel With a Contract Duration of 8 month which includes 1 month mobilization period.
