PIPE REPAIR SERVICES USING COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND SLEEVE PIPELINE REINFORCEMENT ON CALL-OFF BASIS, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Contractor shall carryout composite material application and sleeve pipeline reinforcement that will reinforce the pipeline integrity, avoid possible rupture and arrest the leak, as identified and instructed by QatarEnergy at various locations, on call-off basis. The Services shall be carried out on live pipeline/equipment located in various facilities under the jurisdiction of Mesaieed Operations and Dukhan Operations.
