The Norwegian Police Service needs to procure 3 dogs for a future patrol dog service. The proposed dogs can be in category puppy up to 8 weeks of age and/or in category puppy up to 6 months.

The contract includes the procurement of forensic laboratory equipment for fingerprint examinations and for examinations of other forensic materials.

The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth referred as the contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of administrative vehicles (not police cars). The procurement includes standard vehicles of various types and sizes that shall mainly be used for administrative services and tasks (meetings, official journeys, etc.). The agreement shall include the purchase new cars, used cars as well as leasing. The complete description of the procurement and delivery is given in the contract documentation with annexes, as well as other information published through the tender management tool (KGV). Further information on who the contract applies to, including who should be considered the Client in relation to the agreement, is in the terms of agreement.

The contracting authority wants to enter into an agreement with a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) for procurement and maintenance of Microsoft licences and associated LSP services.

The Norwegian Armed Forces needs to procure 12 dogs in the puppy category 8 weeks of age for future patrol dog services.

The contracting authority needs assistance in adapting, configuring and managing the BMC portfolio (Often referred to as 'Remedy'). The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PIT) also needs assistance for further development of EIRA and assistance for the Discovery module. The current tool support (often referred to as "Remedy") consists of three main products: 1. BMC Smart IT (Package with several modules) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT) 2. BMC Discovery (ADDM) 3. BMC' Digital workplace advanced' (DWA) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT)

The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, shall, on behalf of the police, the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), and the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI), enter into a framework agreement for air travel broker services. Further details on the contracting parties, including who is defined as a Client in accordance with the contract, is stated in Annex 4 - Administrative regulations. The probable total estimated value of the contract is NOK 34 million during the agreement period including options, as well as reservation against unforeseen incidents or major changes, and the estimated value for the option. The Police's IT unit would like to enter into a contract with a licence partner for Adobe products with accompanying services and associated assistance. The Police currently use Adobe products for several different purposes, and has continually procured licences in order to cover relevant needs.

This contract will cover the contracting authority's need to purchase equipment for document scrutiny in the form of radiation units/microscopes/handheld and small equipment/equipment for automated scanning of ID and travel documents. In addition, the contract will cover support, repairs and maintenance, as well as a warranty and possible needs for courses/training. The procurement is divided into the following lots: 1. Lot 1 Radiation units 2. Lot 2 Standard Microscopes 3. Lot 3 Handheld and small equipment (UV lamps, magnifying glasses, etc.) 4. Lot 4 Equipment for automated scanning of ID and travel documents

The Norwegian Police and the Norwegian Correctional Service are in urgent need of 4 young dogs for use as search dogs. 2 of the dogs shall be procured as trained dogs.
