The procurement of a Multi-Party Framework to provide Multi Disciplinary Design & Advisory Services in support of the design and delivery of new Buildings in the Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny. The multi-party framework agreement of integrated design teams will be established comprising the following disciplines: (a) Architect Services (incl. design team leads) (b) Civil & Structural Engineering Services, (c) Quantity Surveying Services, (d) Building Services Engineering and associated specialist skills, (e) Project Supervisor for the Design Process.

The Port of Pork (PoC) intends to procure maintenance dredging services using a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (MPFA) to maintain their operational marine areas. The MPFA constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions whereby individual contracts may be awarded in an expeditious manner. Dredging Contractors will be appointed to the Framework in accordance with these instructions, the Framework Agreement and based on meeting the minimum quality scoring criteria outlined herein. Under the Framework Agreement, individual Call-Off Contracts will be awarded by PoC using a Mini-Tender competition format. An initial Call - Off Contract will be awarded with this tender process.

Tenders are sought for the Provision of Farm and Laboratory Relief Services for The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM). The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) will appoint a service provider for the provision of Farm and Laboratory Relief Services across all DAFM Farms and Centres. Services to Support the HSE against Covid-19

Turagh Crescent is located off Main Street in Cappaghmore. The site is accessed through an existing Local authority development constructed in 2007 and adjacent to a community care day centre. The site is in two parts. The first is a small pocket of land adjacent to the last house in Turagh Crescent and is owned by Limerick City & County Council. The larger portion of the site (1.25ha) is currently used for agricultural purposes and is owned by the Housing Agency. Overall the scheme has a capacity of c 45 units. The scheme may be built in two phases but will be planned as a single development. It is anticipated that the project will be subject to the Part 8 planning process. All the end units will be used for social housing and/ or affordable housing.
