CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR SCAFFOLDING SERVICES AT QP VARIOUS LOCATIONS-QP intends to avail the Services of Contractor on Call-Off basis to undertake scaffolding services, including provision of all labour, materials, supervision, equipment and all necessary items at following locations under Mesaieed Operations: ,,a),,NGL Complex, Mesaieed ,,b),,Crude Oil Storage Tank Farm, Mesaieed ,,c),,Shipping Terminal, Mesaieed ,,d),,Small Boat Craft Harbour, Mesaieed ,,e),,Gas Distribution Stations (All stations under Mesaieed ,,,, Operations in Mesaieed, Doha and Ras Laffan) ,,g),,Trans-Peninsular pipeline routes, LBV stations up to Ras ,,,, Laffan The Services to be performed by Contractor on Call-Off basis for a duration of five (5) calendar years starting from the Contract Effective Date at operational Mesaieed.

CALL OFF PROTECTIVE COATING SERVICES AT MESAIEED OPERATIONS FOR FIVE (5) YEARS-QP Mesaieed Operations intends to avail the Services of Contractor on Call-Off basis for a duration of five (5) calendar years, to undertake protective coating, wrapping and fire proofing Services for all new and existing metallic equipment, steel structures and components based on the specific requirements such as the nature of service, the environment and the constructional material involved for different types of equipment. The Scope of Services also includes provision of all labour, materials, supervision, equipment and all necessary items as required for the performance of Services within Mesaieed Operations areas.

HIGH AND LOW VOLTAGE POWER CABLE JOINTING, TERMINATION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES IN RLIC & MIC-HIGH AND LOW VOLTAGE POWER CABLE JOINTING, TERMINATION AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES IN RLIC & MIC.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR PSVS & RVS IN NGL PLANTS AND FACILITIES FOR FIVE (5) YEARS, MESAIEED-Contractor shall undertake the maintenance work for Pressure Safety Valves / Relief Valves (PSV/RV) in NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 Plants, Storage and Loading facilities and Common Utilities located within the NGL complex, Tank Farm and Terminal Facilities at Mesaieed Industrial Area and Transmission & Distribution facilities spread all over the State of Qatar as specified in the Scope of Services. Contractor shall perform the services either when the plant/unit is in operation but the PSV/RV will be isolated, or when the Plant / unit is in shutdown.

The CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for preparing and conducting blowout drills / exercises for both Onshore and Offshore Drilling Operations and provide a detailed report capturing all the relevant learning points and identifying recommendations to update QP procedures. The CONTRACTOR may also be requested to provide certifying well control training and / or development training or evaluations at various staff levels for both QP and QP's Contractors
