PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL-Qatar Petroleum provides Medical Services through its Healthcare clinics located at Doha, Dukhan, Mesaieed and Ras Laffan. The intent of the CONTRACT is to collect, transport and dispose off the Medical waste generated by these clinics.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR FIRE & RESCUE ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT AND MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT AT RLIC AND MIC-Maintenance Services For Fire & Rescue ancillary Equipment and miscellaneous vehicles/equipment at RLIC & MIC (Except as expressly provided otherwise in Scope of Services, CONTRACTOR shall provide a specified part of the SERVICES on a regular routine basis and a specified part of the SERVICES on call off basis, as and when required by QP. CALL-OFF SERVICES FOR FLOW METERING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION AT GDS STATIONS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN-CALLOFF SERVCES FOR FLOW METERING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION AT GDS STATIONS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN 1.1.,,The SERVICES include DP-Transmitters Certification, Orifice Plate Certification and Wet Certification of Ultrasonic Flow meters (including straightener, upstream & down stream meter runs) on call-off basis. The activities shall be performed with stations in operation, hence, CONTRACTOR shall take utmost care and follow all QP safety regulations and guidelines. In performing the SERVICES, CONTRACTOR shall conform to QP?s Permit to Work (PTW) and QP Safety Regulations for Contractors as listed in Attachment No. 8 hereof. 1.2.,,The SERVICES for USM shall include removal of flow metering stream/skid from the process line, rigging, lifting, transportation from QP to accredit testing lab and back to QP, perform As-Found verification, servicing, calibration, testing, certification and re-installation of flow metering steam/skid on the process line.

PATCH PAINTING SERVICES AT QP OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services pertains to carrying out patch repairs of painting/coating of offshore structures and equipment as per QP's technical specifications. Contractor shall provide all resources required for the services including Manpower, materials, consumables, equipment etc. Contract Duration: 5 years. Tentative Start Date: 23/11/2016.

PROVISION OF DIVEBOATS, WORKBOATS, MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT & CONSUMABLES-Contractor shall provide dive boats, workboats, manpower, equipment and consumables to carry out the following Services in QP offshore locations: 1. Part A:,,Provision of Construction Support Vessel 1 2. Part B:,,Provision of Construction Support Vessel 2 3. Part C:,,Provision of Construction Services at Offshore Locations 4. Part D:,,Provision of Diving Services 5. Part E: Provision of Diving Services for QP, Joint Venture Partners. QP at its sole discretion may award the Services of the five (05) parts under five (05) separate Contracts to one or more Contractors. Contract Duration for all parts shall be sixty three (63) months including three (03) months for mobilisation
