Flood Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme - Resilience Capability Partnership-The Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme focusses on piloting new approaches to flood and coastal resilience across 25 local areas (also referred to as Risk Management Authorities "RMAs") in England.
