PSF 4 Lot 4B- Connected Town Millom and Haverigg Design Development and Contracting-Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary consultancy team to further develop designs for the Connected Millom and Haverigg Project. The project aims to improve the transport network and related public realm in and around Millom and support the vision for Millom to be revitalised and better-connected, built on sustainable economic growth with a high quality and distinctive visitor offer.
