Archive depot service for Asker Municipality. Concerns both physical and electronic archives. Objective and scope of the procurement The contest is for the provision of archive depot services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for archive depot services. This includes the storage and handling of physically and electronic archive material. The contracting authority would like to co-locate completed physical archives and electronic archives with one tenderer.

The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement on an approved occupational health service [bedriftshelsetjeneste (BHT)] in accordance with the regulations on administrative schemes in the Working Environment Act, FOR 2011-12-06, no. 1360 and the regulations on organisation, management and participation FOR-2011-12-06, no. 1355. The occupational health service must provide consultancy, guidance and assistance to managers, personnel safety representatives and committees within Health, Safety and the Environment. The main focus of the occupational health service must be directed at preventive HSE work.
