Supplying and stacking of Shrub Plants. Supplying and Stacking of Ficus retusa well branched height 120-135 cm. in big poly bag size 30 cm or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus long Island of height 15 cm to 20 cm, full of branches and foliage in 20 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Murraya exotica of height 45-60 cm. in poly bag of size 15 cm or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking Nerium oleander (kaner) of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in p.bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking Thevetia nerifolia of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Partha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) plant of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Plumeria alba height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bag or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Clerodendrum inerme of ht. 20 cm to 30 cm multi branched in 20 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water):Shrub Plant

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded).

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing services of GPS enabled CNG maintenance Van for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM of TATA 407 SFC gold / Mahindra Bol maxx pup city/Tata Yodha Pick up 3150/Isuzu D Max/ Eicher 2049 Pro or equivalent with driver having valid registration and BS VI Emission Norms duly painted with approved colour and size as per manufacture’s specification with hydraulic loader for PWD roads to attend works such as carriage of fallen branches, Ieaves, disposal of Hort. waste/ malba and all type of Hort. material such as plants/pots, manure/good earth (to carry one place to another place including maintenance of shrubs (Outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as and when required including cost of Diesel, Mobil oil, driver, etc with necessary T&P such as spade, Gaiti, Bill hook, Rope, Khurrpa, Phawra, fisla, Safety Cones etc. all complete. Maintenance Van shall bear information / display / PWD Logo / Office address etc. with retro reflective tape of approved colour /shade on all sides as enclosed indicative drawing and as per direction of Engineering-Charge. The Rates are for 8 hours duty of vehicle i/c running cost of fuel such as CNG, M-Oil & driver including Hammer, Phawarah, pick axe, bucket, tasla, bamboo, drum, traffic safety cones, long brooms, safety reflective tapes, torch, traffic barricades, etc. The rates are all inclusive for the per day. The GPS system will be fixed by the Department and charges of GPS system will be beared by the agency amount will be recovered from the bill of Agency. The access of GPS system will be with representative of Engineer in charge. (Note:- The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate, fitness certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposite in division office)

Providing the services of Beldars (Un-Skilled) along with T&P like Broom, tasla, phawra, garden steel fork, etc. for maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) as per direction of the Engineer in charge .The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill).

Providing the services of Mali along with T&P like trowel, shears, showel, weeder, rake, fork, etc to carry out all type of horticulture works like cutting of hedges/shrubs, prunning, monitoring the health of all plants and greenscapes, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter, etc as given by the enquiry office. The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress (indicative photographs attached) with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill).

Providing services of supervisor on Maintenance Van for supervising all complaints recieved from enquiry office, 311 App, Delhi Green App and E-monitoring App and attending all complaints with Mason & Beldar timely and responding to JE/AE about status of complaints taking Before/After pictures posting them in relevent WhatsApp group etc. The supervisor should have knowledge of operating smart phone, taking pics and should be well mannered/ behaved persons. Agency will provide smart phone (with internet connection), dress to supervise for which nothing extra will be paid .

Credit for woods received from fallen trees/branches, pruning/ cutting/trimming of branches of any type of trees (except furniture/ hard wood)
