Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Supplying and stacking of Shrub Plants Supplying and Stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Murraya exotica of height 45-60 cm. in poly bag of size 15 cm or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking Nerium oleander (kaner) of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking Thevetia nerifolia of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag of size25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Partha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) plant of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and Stacking of Plumeria alba height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bag or as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) Shrub Plant

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing services of GPS enabled CNG maintenance Van for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (i/c 30 min. lunch hours) with three nos male labour and one no Male Mali, TATA 407 SFC gold / Mahindra Bolero Pickup 3264 /Tata Yodha Pick up 3150/Isuzu D Max/Eicher 2049 Pro with driver having valid registration and BS VI Emission Norms duly painted with approved colour ( as per indicative photograph only attached ) and size as per manufacture’s specification with hydraulic loader for PWD roads with required T&P (Chain Saw, Pole Chain Saw, Axe, Bill Hook, Rope, Fuel for chain saw and pole saw, Ladder double stand up to 15’ height, Hessian Cloth, Tasla, Plastic safety cone with rope attachment system, Helmets, Traffic , Jacket (with reflective PWD logo for all worker & Driver)regulation torch, Work in progress boards of size 2.5' x 4' with reflective tape.) as and when required in day and night. The Driver should be equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & day to day data transfer mobile phone facility all are inclusive in per day rate. All person on duty shall wear uniform with PWD logo and will follow all safety norms of transport/ traffic to attend urgent roads and buildings related complaints as and when required, as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. The Service of Maintenance Tempo for all the Roads & Office buildings including day to day compliance report of compliants with GPS Camera app & removal of garden garbage of roads, removal of fallen trees, (Wood received from fallen tree shall be deposited in godown/Nursery of Sub Division office) tree pruning etc./buildings including all lead & Lift by himself at approved MCD Dumping ground (for this nothing will be paid extra), otherwise recovery at the double rate shall be done in bill. Attendence of driver and labours will be marked by face recognized Biometric Machine, The GPS system and Biometric Machine will be fixed by the Department and charges of GPS system will be beared by the agency amount will be recoved from the bill of Agency. The access of GPS system will be with representative of Engineer in charge.

Providing the services of Supervisor (Skilled) along with all T&P required for Supervising Hort. Maintenance work as given by the enquiry office. The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress (indicative photographs attached) with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill).

Credit for used pot of size upto 30 cm Earthen/Plastic Empty Pots or as per direction of Officer-in-charge.
