Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal clad, 11 KV VCB panel with 4 nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, horizontal draw out, horizontal/ vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as amended up to date and additional specification, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, manually charged and motorized /manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 350 MVA, complete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars of 800 amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 4 No+4 NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c connections suitable for 3 x 300 sqmm XLPE 11 KV cable (cable entry from * bottom/top/side) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc. as required. Note: 1. All CTs and PTs shall be cast resin type. 2. All PTs should be Draw out type. i) Incomer a) 2 Nos. 11 KV, 800A, 350 MVA microprocessor controlled VCB (Numerical relay) complete with the following:

b) 2 Sets 11 KV / 110V PT class 0.5 accuracy and 100 VA burden with 1 No. voltmeter (0-15 kV) digital type, selector switch for voltmeter and protection MCB for HT metering up to 12 KV on incomer. c) 2 sets of digital type TVM (Tri vector meter with KWH meter, PF meter, ammeter, voltmeter, frequency etc.) d) 2 Nos. microprocessor based numerical relay with O/L, E/F and S/C protection. e) 2 sets of 3 nos dual core dual ratio CTs 200/100/5/5A of 15 VA burden and accuracy class - 0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. ii) Bus Bar a) 800 A, 11 KV, 3-Phase, 25 KA, 50 Hz Copper Bus bar

iii) Outgoing a) 2 Nos. 800 A, 350 MVA microprocessor controlled VCB. b) 2 sets of digital multi function meter c) 2 Nos. microprocessor controlled numerical relay with O/L, E/F and S/C protection. d) 2 sets of 3 nos dual core dual ratio CTs 200/100/5/5A of 15 VA burden and accuracy class - 0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. h) 2 sets of R, Y, B phase indicating (LED type) lamps i) 2 annunciation to be provided for transformers feeders (Alarm / Trip +1 no. spares) j) Auxiliary relay 2 Nos. iv) Power pack a) SITC of power pack with 220 volt AC input & 24 volt DC continuous output suitable for closing / tripping / indication of 2Nos. HT panel boards with 2 Nos. 12 volts each maintenance free batteries of 100 (suitable) AH each, charging unit, capacitor bank for emergency delivering for trip system complete with suitable capacity of Ammeter & voltmeter i/c connections with 2.5 sqmm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable etc. as required. v) Accessories a) Heater in both incoming and outgoing b) Illumination lamp with switch in both incoming and outgoing c) 3 Pin plug with socket in both incoming and outgoing

Supplying, installation Testing & Commissioning of Pre-fabricated sandwiched Aluminium bus trunking with 1.6 mm GI sheet steel or Aluminium enclosure suitable for 415 Volt 3 Phase 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system of aluminium bus bars with multi layer PET class F insulation, 100% Neutral, integral body earthed with IP55, 12KV impulse withstand, Temp Rise : 55 degree over ambient of 40 degree and operating voltage 1000V complete with bends, expansion joints, copper flexible end connections and Earthing at both ends with 2 runs of GI earth as per IEC 61439 including necessary supports etc. as per specifications attached as required.

(a) 3200 Amp, 50KA Capacity

Supplying and laying of one No. Stranded compact circular Aluminium Conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC, galvanized steel flats strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed earthed type HT cable of 11 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part II ) amended up to date and of size 3 X 300 sq.mm. in the following way etc. as required.

a) Existing masonry open duct

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs and other jointing material for 3 X 300 Sq.mm. XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

(EARTHING AND LOOP EARTHING)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required (For Transformer Earthing)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re- filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.(For HT Panel & Meter Panel Earthing)

Providing & fixing 25mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolts, spring washer, excavation and refilling etc as required.

Providing & fixing 25 X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SAFETY EQUIPMENTS

Supplying & fixing 9.5 liters capacity GI fire buckets filled with sand and hanged on pedestal frame of 1.2 mtr X 1.2 mtr of 40mm X 40 mm X 6 mm angle iron duly painted with three buckets on one frame as required.

Supplying and erection of following safety equipment at suitable place as per C.P.W.D , specifications - 1982 Part - IV

i) First aid box St. John Ambulance Brigade or Indian Red cross society to relevant IS2217/1963.

ii) Shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with grass cover as reqd.

iii) Rubber gloves of 11 KV grade as per IS 4770/1968.

Supplying & fixing of CO2 type fire extinguisher 4.5 Kgs capacity ISI marked fitted with screw down type high pressure control valve confirming to IS:3224 with 1 mtr long wire braided high pressure discharge to IS 2878 complete with initial charge, wall mounted bracket/screws etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

MISC. CIVIL ITEMS

Providing and laying in position specified grade of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of reinforcement - All work as under up to plinth level including the cost of centering, shuttering, strutting, propping, removal of form and finishing, all work carried out up to ground level at site as required.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position and binding all complete as required.(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Credit Item--

Dismantling of following existing old items including its disconnections if any etc. as required from sub station at J.P.C Hospital, Shastri Park, Delhi and Credit for these dismantled materials to be retained & taken away by the contractor on "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS" under buy back including repairing the damages etc. as required. (The intending tenderer is advised to visit the site for assessing the quantum and condition of the material to be dismantled & credit to be given before quoting tender)
