Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level:

Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Fabrication, supplying & fixing of Designer single/double/tripple over hang PU Painted bracket made out of Suitable dia etc. complete as required. (Design as per approved sample).

Supplying and Laying of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes In HUME/ DWC Pipe/ Metal Pipe/ RCC Pipe etc. as required.

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated Aluminium conductor multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting i/c providing suitable lugs connections etc. as reqd.

Dismantling of existing HPSV fitting & Installation, testing & commissioning of Following wattage street light LED fitting with heat resistance UV stabilized toughned glass cover with frame and with high power LED & electronic driver having seperate compartment for LED driver duly provided with secondary optics for better distribution of light on existing street light pole having IP66 protected body made out of pressure die cast aluminium for better thermal management with power factor0.95, THD10%, CRI70% ,system efficacy ≥110 Lm/W & CCT-3000⁰K/4000⁰K i/c making connection etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of IP 66 FRP/Polycarbonate Pole box with 4 screw cover design with minimum size of (155x210x92 mm) having acessores like cover screws, mounting din channel, 4 nos. 10-25 Sq. mm terminals, end plate and 2 nos. 6 amp single pole C curve SP MCBs on din channel with 2 nos. glands suitable for cable entry for 4X10 Sq. mm cable entry etc. complete as reqd.

Fabrication, Supplying and Installation of outdoor type cubical Feeder Pillar of minimum front area 0.6 sq.mtr and depth not less than 30 cm, made out of M.S. sheet 2mm. thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalized having 4 strip aluminum bus bar of 150 Amp. capacity double door with locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on MS angle iron frame work of size 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggrete 20mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel board i/c connection, interconnection with aluminium thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of following accessories in the existing cubical panel board / feeder pillar including connection testing etc. as required. INCOMER: 1 No. 63 Amp. 415 Volts 4P MCCB of 18 KA (Ics = Icu = 100%). METERING: 1 Set of Digital Voltmeter (0-500 V) 96 sq.mm. flush type with selector switch. 1 Set of Digital Ammeter (0-100 A ) 96 sq.mm. flush type with selector switch & 100/5 Amp ratio CTs. 1 Set of 3 Nos. LED phase indication lamps (RYB) with 2 Amp. SP MCB.

OUTGOINGS (BUS BAR - A) 2 No. 32 Amps 415 Volts TP MCCB of 16 KA (Ics = Icu = 100%). 1 No. 70 Amp. TP Power contactor (ML-4 AC-3 rating of equivalent ) 1 No. Digital Timer OTHER ACCESSORIES 2 Nos. Danger notice plate. 2 Nos. Godown lock, 3 step Auto/Manual By Pass arrangement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and fixing 63 amps. terminal block with Laminated sheet of suitable size for 16 sq. mm conductor- 4 Nos. on DIN channel i/c providing & fixing DIN channel of suitable length & single pole MCB etc. complete as reqd.
