Asiatic lillium bulbs healthy, free from diseases at least 4 different colours having size 14-16 cm.

Zantedeschina bulbs free from diseases having size 14 cm and above. Terms & Conditions:- 1. The Contractor having IEC Code can participate only and copy to be enclosed. 2. The Contractor must be authorized from Export Company and must show authorization certificate. 3. The Contractor must produced valid seed licence 4. Contractor who will be adjudged as L-1 in the tender must provide the list of vatieties of different bulbs before supply for approval. 5. The quantity may vary up to 50% plus (+)/ Minus (-) as additional or deviation as per the actual requirement. 6. Rate should be inclusive of all levies & taxes; transportation loading, unloading etc. nothing will be paid extra. 7. In case of any mortality observed/ occurred in supplied items within a 05 days’ time after supply, the same has to be replaced by the agency at his own risk and cost within 02 days. 8.The rate contract shall be valid for 12 months and can be extended further for a period of 03 months. The 12 day time will be allowed to the agency for the supply up to an amount of Rs. 100,000/- at one time, from the date of order issued. However the time allowed for supply from Rs 1, 00,000/- to 2, 00,000/- of the tendered cost shall be 21 days. The time allowed for supply beyond 2,00,000 of the tendered cost shall be 30 days from the date of order issued of the total tendered cost. However, days for supply may be extended only on written request of the contractor. 9. Contractor has to supply the bulbs as per order given within the stipulated time as mentioned at S. No-4. Tender is floated for the whole department and contractor has to supply the material at designated site within the NDMC jurisdiction that shall be mentioned in the order. 10. The contractor shall be liable to make arrangement for supply and transport of the material at designated sites in NDMC jurisdiction including permission from Traffic Police etc. at his own risk and cost. 11. Contractor who will be adjudged as L-1 in the tender shall be issued award letter. However, the contractor shall supply against the order issued separately by divisional officer at the designated site in NDMC jurisdiction as per the quantity distributed. 12. In the event of delay penalty will be levied as per agreement. 13. Payment shall be made after entire satisfaction of site in charge through RTGS/NEFT. 14. No T&P will be provided by the Department. 15. In case of any mishappening the NDMC will not be responsible.
