8.2.1.1:Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 8.16:Providing and fixing copper pins 7.5 cm long 6 mm diameter for securing adjacent stones in stone wall lining in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

8.7.2:Providing and fixing cramps of required size & shape in RCC/ CC/ Brick masonry backing with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including drilling necessary hole in stones and embedding the cramp in the hole ( fastener to be paid separately).Stainless steel cramps

24.2:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - ( 1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose, (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

10.2:Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

16.60.1:Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminimum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - lll of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class ll of ASTM -D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminimum alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminimum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charges. (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment ).Overhead informatory road signage

1.1.1_04:Disposal of materials by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking lime ,moorum, building rubbish lead for 4 km
