The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 3 years in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. Additionally, for certain designations, the required experience is 0 to 3 years and a minimum of 02 years for another designation. The requirements for similar works completed are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is 68459294. The bidder should have executed at least 1 project with a contract value of not less than Rs 2 Crore for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last 3 financial years. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 300 Lakh.
