The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several options: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Given the estimated cost is 46200000, the values are: - 40% of 46200000, which is 18480000, - 50% of 46200000, which is 23100000, - 80% of 46200000, which is 36960000. Additionally, the bidder must have experience for a number of years as indicated in the bid document, of providing similar type of services, with a minimum experience of 7 years for the same or similar service.
