S&F,testing and commissioning induction type motor, RPM 2900, size 80 x 65mm, 7.5 HP/5.5 KW, 3 phase, head range 18-29m, discharge 11-18 LPS, with fabricated base plate complete including suitable size PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit quoted rate inclusive of suitable size copper wiring from LT panel to pump sets, provision of various sizes MS/GI pipe in short lengths as required, both ends flanged by making bell mounted tail pieces as required at site for connecting suction line and delivery line as required at site.

Supply and laying mild steel water tubing heavy duty 100mm dia with welded joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors and flanges etc) and fixing complete with supporting clamps or laying in trenches, etc., also cutting, screwing, welding and waste end for making forged bends on piping as required at site with fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 12 above item but 80mm dia bore.

Supply and fixing butterfly valves iron body screwed down 100mm dia high pressure with iron wheel head/ long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe complete with fittings all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 14 above item but 80mm dia bore.

S&F testing and commissioning of chlorine dozing system, high pressure single head adjustable chlorine dosing system, 230V, 1/30 fractional horse power, pressure 0 to 100 PSI, max out put 6LPH, lead tubing, connecting ferrule, check valves, Preparation tank capacity 100 Ltrs PE/FRP dosing tank consisting of lid cover and level gauge. Agitator for mixing of hypo-chlorine powder granules, stainless steel mixing rod mounted on motor with plastic shaft and impeller, 1 phase electric driven motor of capacity of 0.5 HP, stand for fixing of agitator system with electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water pipe line, electric conneciton and taking out submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith column pipe with help of chain pully block using tripad etc any depth as required at site and lowering the submersible pump set after necessary Extension/development of bore well etc complete all as specified and directed as per site requirement.

M&L for extension/development of borewell drilling not less than 250mm bore hole DTH method to any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil upto 100 mtr deep including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away all as specified and directed. Note : (i) In case of incountering rock prior to 30m depth from ground level the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shal vary accordingly. (i) Cost of transportation of DTH plant at various places under AOR of DIvision is included in the unit rate.

Supplying, lowering & fixing into bore 200mm dia MS casing pipe, heavy duty, minimum 5.4mm thick ERW having Duly welded both sides socketed ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size upto 100m depth at the pressure 10 kg/sqcm to 15 kg/sqcm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 620 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well as specified and directed. Note: 1. Development of borewell shall be carried out by lowering of air pressure pipe. 2. Lifting/lowering of borewell shall be measured and paid separately. 3. Cost of air compressor shifting from one site to another site is included in the unit rate.

Supplying and packing pea gravel of size 3.00mm to 6.00mm around casing pipe as site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS coloumn pipe heavy duty 50mm bore with MS flanged heavy grade and welded to MS column pipe, thickness of flange 10mm including all necessary cutting in flanged for passing of submersible cable including all jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers & packing sheets and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F well cap suitable for 250mm dia consisting of two parts complete with welding and machinery work having provision of cutout for passing of column pipe and fabricated from MS sheet 3.15mm thick all as specified and directed.

S&F housing clamp for 50mm dia bore pipe made out of flat MS 100 x 10mm thick (length 60cm) with 04 Nos 20mm dia of suitable size of bolts, nuts, washers etc including driilling holes of suitable sizes and painting 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for bulk water meter mechanical type class B, conforming to IS-4064, suitable for 100mm dia pipe including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 5000 Ltrs capacity for treated water (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
