Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) factory assembled Outdoor Feeder Pillar type, weather proof, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, ingress protection class ( IP-65 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel, Angle iron frame work made out of 40 X 40 X 6 mm ), front and rear opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR wire of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx l50mm x 40mm for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks well burnt for cable protections laid flat with length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concerete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm grade stone aggregate) cement concrete as in foundation filling and mass concrete for sub base of LT poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces. External plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L 2 coats of white washing including preparation of surfaces for walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concerete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 20mm grade stone aggregate) cement concrete as in foundation filling for base of LT poles,stay assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Ms posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting,fabrication of gate with locking arrangement etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

S&F 4 mm thick mild steel wire 150×100 mm mesh up into mattresses or cages, lapped wired and fixed in position including welded for fencing to grid including one coat of primer and two coat ot synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L approved earth filling under floor, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 100mm thick type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying and spreading of pea gravell 10mm complete all as specified & directed.
