Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 11/0.433 KV 200 KVA 50 HZ Off load tap changer,Three phase,mineral oil IS-335 type transformer. (i) Standard:IS 1180-2014 part-1 with all latest amendments (2021) (ii) Losses as per IS 1180 Level 2 and Temperature rise shall be as per IS 1180 with latest amendments (iii) Outdoor Installation, (iv) Vector group: Dyn11 (v) Rating : 200 KVA (vi) Cooling System: ONAN (vii) Winding: Copper, (vili) Magnetic Core: Prime grade of M4 or better (ix) High voltage: 11KV - 50 HZ, (x) Low voltage: 433V-50HZ. xi) System highest voltage: 12kV at the HV side, xii) Percentage Impedance Value: As per IS 1180 xiii) Manufacturer testing labotatory to be NABL certified with in house core cutting facility for proper control & monitoring of quality & to avoid mixing of Prime core with Second grade /defective core materials xiv) Insulation Level - H.V. Power Frequency (KV rms): 28 kV - H.V. Impulse withstand voltage (KV peak): 75 kV Tapping: +7.5% to -7.5% off load tap changer @ 2.5 %. (xv) HT Termination - Cable Box (xvi) LT Termination - Bus Duct and with all accessories i.e. first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS & standard accessories required.

Note:- Following points are to be considered for selection of transformer manufacturer: (i) The core shall be constructed from high grade, non ageing, prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, silicon stee laminations and shall be of bottle ness design. The core material shall be purchased directly from manufacturer (Posco/Nippon/Novex/AK steels) or from their accredited marketing organisation. (ii) Manufacturer shall have in house automated core cutting facility to ascertain that there is no mixing of second grade core. (iii) Complete core and winding assembly shall be processed and dried using vapor phased drying (VPD) method only. No other method is acceptable. (iv) Manufacturer shall have in house NABL accredited lab to ascertain the authenticity of test results, inhouse core cutting facility and dust free manufacturing facility. (v) Transformer shall be of boltless core design. Inspection of transformer shall be done at manufacturer's premises.

Supply & install 11 KV 3 Phase Gang operated air break switch with drop out fuses set ( consisting 12 Nos Post Insulator ) 400 amp capacity, vertical mounting with fixed and moving contacts complete with locking arrangement and fixing the gang operated switch on existing two/four pole structure including making all jumper connections with insulated leads of suitable size with line tops etc, all as specifed and directed.
