S&F ACB 4 Pole 415 volt manual draw out type with micro processor release of capacity 630 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and connecting to electrical system, LT distribution switch board panel cubical type for out door use, double door, with rigid hinges, door handles locking arrangement back side openable, compartmentalized design, mounted on suitable PCC blocks, fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick, suitably spaced, totally enclosed in chamber for reception of 3 phase, 440 V, 50 HZ, AC supply including all connection with aluminum strips, internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire with lugs. Panel shall be effectively PVC gasketed and sealed, glands to be provided at cable entries, powder coated painting and sign writing for in/out going connections all as specified & directed and comprising of following as under Note :- (i) All incoming and outgoing cables connected with old/ unserviceable indoor panel is to be dismantled/ taken out from the bldgs/ wall after re-routing and these cabled are to be connected with new outdoor LT panel using lugs & glands of suitable sizes complete all as directed. (ii) Disturbed/ damaged surface of wall/ location after dismantling of old/ unserviceable indoor panel is to make good properly as directed. (iii) Cost for all items/ works as above are deemed to be included in the quoted rate

4 Nos bus bar of high conductvity aluminium alloy 3 Nos of Phase (R,Y,B) rating 400 Amp Rating and 1 Nos for neutral rating 300 Amp mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Nos.

(b) Earthing resistance after test result should be less than one ohms. (c) Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of copper strip 32x6mm as earth lead and its protection pipe of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode any additional copper strip/ protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately.

Note:- Two run for neutral and phase and one run for continous earth wire alongwith PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
