Technical Pre-qualification Criteria (Technical PQC) 1. The bidder should submit valid authorization certificate from OEM of Modular UPS mentioning the bid no. to participate in the tender. 2. The Bidder must have own office in Gurugram / Delhi/ Noida/ Faridabad/ Ghaziabad for sale and support. Bidder has to provide the complete address along with telephone number. 15. Commercial Pre-Qualification Criteria (Commercial PQC) Commercial Experience Criteria: For experience, the order(s) executed by the bidder (all taxes, duties & freight and insurance) during the last five years ending on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month in which the last date of bid submission falls, shall be considered as under: 1. Three orders each executed for “similar item” where executed value is not less than the amount equal to INR 8,51,100/- OR 2. Two orders each executed for “similar item” where executed value is not less than the amount equal to INR 11,34,800/- OR 3. One order executed for “similar item” where executed value is not less than the amount equal to INR 14,18,500/- Similar item is defined as " SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISIONING OF MODULAR UPS IN PREMISES OF PRIVATE SECTOR/GOVERNMENT SECTOR/ PSU " Last date of order execution may fall in the above mentioned period i.e. within last five years ending on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month in which the last date of bid submission falls without considering any extensions.
