The rates shall be quoted for complete room system considering all the items A to F below as 1 set for single room. Note: Each quoted item shall include the rates for its programming and integration with the RCU along with necessary wiring for communication of each panel to RCU as well as their control cables for FCU actuators, Curtain Motors etc. as required. a) Door Entrance Panel/ Corridor Panel - 1 No. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of external Room Glass touch unit with room number digital display, bell push, do not disturb, make my room and laundry indicating icons on it complete with all clamping and mounting assembly as required as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. b) Key Card Holder - 1 No. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Glass touch Key card holder unit at the entrance of the room with the LED arrow indictor which would help in the dark while entering the room for inserting the card and with the touch icons to deactivate bell or lit the icons of do not disturb, make my room and laundry on the outdoor unit complete with all clamping and mounting assembly as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. c) Study table, Bed other side Panel, Vestibule Panel Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Glass touch unit with the LED indicator which would help to check the operated or not in the touch icons complete with programming and integration with the main control unit complete with all clamping and mounting assembly as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. 4 Key Panel - 2 No. 2 Key Panel - 1 No. d) Bedside Console Panel with inbuilt Thermostat - 1 No. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of bedside 10 points Glass Touch panel with six scenes to control lighting, curtain and TV and the thermostat to activate or deactivate the AC unit with complete temperature control along with sensor as required with auto and manual program mode with energy saving operation in case of no guest with the LED indicator which would help to check the operated or not in the touch icons complete with programming and integration with the main control unit complete with all clamping and mounting assembly as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. NOTE: Keys/ Touch points for scene lighting, Thermostat/AC, TV, Curtain, are to be provided as required separately and not included in 10 keys. e) Room Control Unit - 1 No. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Room control unit with all power supplies, Relay modules, as required, Programming and integration of the key panels to control the lighting, wardrobe , curtain, TV, FCU complete with all control supply, SMPS etc. as required for the third party integration and control in the system with all necessary hardware’s , mounting assemblies, enclosures and safety features against short circuit and overload. The RCU shall have the provision to reprogrammed, modify as and when required in future as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. f) Dimmer Control Unit - 1 No. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Room control unit as mentioned above but with 4 channel dimmer along with mounting assemblies, power supplies to control the light fixtures as per the room fixture voltage level(0-10V/24C analogue/ digital) as required with enclosure complete as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge. Note: Item E and F can be integrated as single item as per manufacturer standard.

Part C –Twin Room (30 nos.)

Part D - Dehumidifier for all rooms (48 nos.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500MM x 530MM 230V, AC Mirror element for dehumidification of Mist/ Fog/ Dew appears on the mirror when shower is in use along with all mounting accessories etc. complete as required per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
