Air Swing: Providing and fixing air swing in a pair with below specifications: 1. Dimensions (LxWxH): 1150 x 900 x 1250 mm 2. Fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe of approved make. 3. Main frame of NB 50mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe. 4. Handle support frame of NB 40mm (G.I.) ‘C’ Class Pipe. (‘NB’ stands for Nominal Bore i.e., Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters) 5. All Pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick Akzo Nobel or equivalent Paints. 6. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. 7. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. The rate are including free maintenance for 2 years. 8. Handle bars are provided with high end quality rubber grips. 9. Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and colored. 10. Foothold made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. 11. Maintenance of gym equipment in Parks including all minor and major repairing of the damaged serviceable/unserviceable part of gym equipments complete as per directions of Engineer in charge CONDITIONS:- 1) Inspection of the equipments shall be made at weekly intervals and report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge. 2) Regular maintenance for one year of all the Gym equipment's. each at all locations including all repairs in DDA parks . a) Inspection and adjustment of drive, timing and running belt, wherever required. b) Check and set right/replacement of worn out bearings, misaligned moving points, adjust/tighten loose parts, covers, seats, foundation, flooring, regular oiling and greasing etc. c) Tightening of nuts/bolts/screws i/c welding of various parts / joints of equipment. d) Cosmetic treatment like priming and painting wherever required. e) Replacement of damaged parts and rectification of any other defects observed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge except the 1) The defects due to force majeure ii) Serious loss or damage by fire or theft iii) Any other case which in the absolute discretion of the engineer-in-charge is beyond the control of the contractor. iv) The Toll free number of the customer service and mobile no. of the supervisor shall be prominently displayed at each location. v) The response time to address the complaint shall be 48 hours, beyond which a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per complaint/per day shall be imposed.
