Desilting of road side seasonal flow open drains, covered drains, culverts, pipe drain etc. by taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, dead animals, plastic bags & all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish by suitable mechanical method and disposal of this desilted material, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, dead animals, plastic bags & all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish received after desilting of drains by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking with all leads and lifts upto nearest dumping ground/ Low lying area complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The operation of desilting should be video graphed. Note-1:- Only 70% payment will be released after desilting of drains & balance 30% will only be released after satisfactory maintenance of desilted drains for further 90 days.

Special condition:- 1 Agency has to depute sufficient no of manpower and machinery to complete the work within stipulated time of completion . 2 Agency has to submit videography and photography at the time of desilting and disposal as per schedule and direction of engineer-in-charge. 3 Agency has to desilt the drain under wet condition and agency has to make all the safety arrangement of labour and T&P. DDA will not be responsible for any mishappening and no claim on this account shall be entertain. 4 Agency has to provide suitable dumping site and same shall be got approved by engg-in-charge. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account and agency has to bear all the expenses. 5 It is the sole responsibility of agency for any mishappening and theft. DDA will not be responsible for the same.
