20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing standared extruded of alluminium section of size 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.95 mm(of Jindal Section no:4605, @ Wt 1.094Kg / Rmt with colour anodized alluminium frame with 5 mm thick transparent bronze colour tinted float glass with colour anodized alluminium frame for ventilation with 5 mm thick frosted glass as details etc complete for window.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite (Telephonic black only) gang saw cut,mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for kitchen platforms,vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. .

P & L 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for light shade (upto 10 ton)

P & L 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring/dedo or steps etc. and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for light shade (upto 10 ton)

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (upto 10 ton)

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 30cm length,30cm height and 15cm thick of M250 grade concret as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in proper line and level,filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement:3fine sand) etc complete.

Providing and fixing Door with 35mm chill wood flush door, 1.0mm laminate on both side, teak wood pati on all four side, ss hinges. mortise lock, stopper, fixing with screw fevicol, nail etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete\

Providing and fixing one piece wall hung integrated W.C pan of jaquar, hindware or equivalent company with complete unit of flush tank, seat cover, bracket etc. including all fittings etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Urinal of Jaquar or equivalent approved quality including connecting the Urinal with waste pipe , tap etc. complete. Earthenware flat back or corner type size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm. etc. as directed.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm of approve make design and shade with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps

Providing and fixing PVC SWR Nahni trap IS 14735 for drain - 100 mm diameter with jali of the following nominal diameter of self cleansing design with C.I scread down or hinged grating including the cost of cutting and making good the walls.

Providing and fixing G.I. precoated 0.8 mm thick Rain Water Gutter of size 300 mm x 200 mm with necessary supports etc complete up to all height as directed.

Painting two coats (including priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Constructing Brick masonry road gully chamber 500mm x 450mm x 600mm including 500mm x 450mm C.I. horizontal grating wih frame complete. (upto 10 ton)

Providing Material, Labour and equipments for Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thickjointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : including Khurra & Gola work With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. .

Providing and fixing Jet spray of jaguar, Aqual or equivalent company, ss finish with brass body , fixing to out let pipe etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing bevelled edge mirror of superior glass mounted on 6mm thick A.C. sheet or plywood sheet or rubber and fixing to wooden pluge with C.P. brass screws and washers etc complete as directed.

Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(ii) In Cement Mortar.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.150 and exposed work with curing etc. complete including the cost of formwork but excluding the cost of reinforsement for R.C.Cwork in (iii) Slabs having more than 10 cm and upto 13 cm. thickness

Providing erecting and fixing double coated Syntex PVC. (ISI) water tank of required capacity each with all necessary fittings and connection etc. complete on terrace.

Providing and fixing to wall ceiling and floor 10.0 Kg. F/Cm2 working pressure poluthene pipes of the following outside Dia. Low densidy, complete with special falnge compression type fittings, wall clipsetc. including making good the wall ceiling and floor.(G)110 mm

Providing and fixing powder coated alluminium partition with particle board hardner and 6mm thick clear float glass wherever required, having 12mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated alluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc, as per specifications, including doors etc. with required fixtures etc. as per the drawing and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying zinc coating paint on Stainless steel three seater Benches including cleaning brussing , removal of dirt etc complete as directed.

Providing and supplying Stainless steel 304 three seater Benches of approve make design , shade and colour complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Automatic removable Flexible Curtain including providing channels etc of approve make design , shade and colour complete as directed.

Sub Estimate - II : Electrification Work Point wiring for Light / Bell with 2-1.5 sq. mm & earth wire of 1.5 sq. mm (green) both are of ISI marked 1.1 KV grade FR PVC insulated multi strand copper wires, in following type of pipe to be erected concealed in / on surface on wall / ceiling complete with 6 A Modular type switch / bell push & accessories and earth continuity of following type, erected on PVC / Metallic box, single mounting base frame covered with textured / metallic front plate modules erected on/ in wall / ceiling as per pipe erected, with necessary Lamp holder / ceiling rose / H.D. Connector as directed. with oval conduit / pvc casing capping double lock type.

Point wiring for FAN with 2-1.5 sq.mm & earth wire of 1.5 sq.mm. (green) both are of ISI marked 1.1 KV Grade FR PVC insulated multistrand copper wires, in following type of pipe to be erected concealed in / flushed on wall / ceiling complete with 6A Modular type switch and hum free EME four or more step type electronic fan regulator with separately mounted and accessories with earth continuity of following type erected on PVC/Metallic box, single mounting base frame covered with textured / metallic front plate modules erected on/ in wall / ceiling as per pipe erected, with necessary ceiling rose / H.D. Connector as directed. with oval conduit / pvc casing capping double lock type. Cat. I(Cat-III)

Providing and erecting double pole MCB isolator A.C. 22 duty confirms to IS 13947-3 240V. 40A. in existing box. Cat. III.

Plastic enclosure fitted with DIN rail suitable for incorporating One / Two nos. MCB.

Supplying and erecting 19/20mm. nominal bore Medium Class M.S. Pipe down rod erected duly painted for fan complete with necessary 24/O. 2 flat 3 core flexible wire with ear thing.

Providing fan clamp of 30 x 5mm flat of required length & 10mm M.S. Bolt & Nuts erected with necessary hook of 10mm M.S. Round Bar.

Supplying and erecting approved make pedestal fan A.C. 230V. 50 Cy/s. 400mm sweep oscillating, type and adjustable, height complete with guard regulator & standard lead flexible wires and plug top. Cat. III.
