Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, plot filling etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, with optimum moisture content to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) including watering, ramming and compacting using mechanical vibrator of required type and capacity, including transportation, loading, unloading, screening, passes etc. all complete for all lead (from anywhere from site/ plot area) and lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Excavating, supplying and filling of good earth/ murrum brought form out side (including royalty) by any means; in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, plot filling etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, with optimum moisture content to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) including watering, ramming and compacting using mechanical vibrator of required type and capacity, including transportation, loading, unloading, screening, passes etc. all complete for all lead and all lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, sunk or other location as per drawing with river sand/ manufactured sand etc including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete for all lead and all lift and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying metal/ rubble soiling in foundation and for plinth protection, using upto 300mm thick size of hard stones (as per thickness of soiling), filling, covering and levelling the surface with a layer of sand after filling the voids (up to 25%) with smaller sized black trap stones 20-40 mm, 40-63 mm, 63-90 mm, 90-150 mm size of stone/ metals or stone chips, including watering, ramming well and consolidating each layer by static roller/ vibratory roller of required capacity for all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-2013 using chemical like Imidacloprid 30.5% SC (CIB approved, BIS & CBRI certified) and proportion of dilution with water shall be as per manufacturer's specification. The emulsion shall be applied as mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished in prescribed proforma. Rate shall be inclusive of material required for Anti Termite Treatment and labour and equipment's required for applying in any condition all etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Stage of treatment may vary as per site condition and approved by Engineer in charge before execution.) a) Treatment to soil below raft or any type foundation - Before laying the PCC, the compact and levelled soil shall be treated at 5 liters per sqm. OR In case of soils/ sand filled above the raft, the treatment at 5 liters per sqm shall be carried out on the top surface of filled soil/ sand. b) Treatment to soil along the retaining wall - The soil retained by the walls (soil coming in contact with retaining wall) shall be treated at the rate of 7.5 liter per sqm of the vertical surface in full depth. c) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building - After the building is complete, the earth along the external perimeter of the building shall be rodded at intervals of 150 mm and to a depth of 300 mm. The rods should be moved backward and forward, parallel to the wall to break up the earth and emulsion poured along the wall at the rate of 7.5 liter per square meter of vertical surfaces. d) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sqm of internal plinth area (if required)( As per IS:6313 Part II-2013). For any area without basement, treatment shall be done as per IS:6313 Part-II-2013. e) Treatment of soil surrounding pipes, wastes and conduits - When pipes, wastes and conduits enter the soil inside the area of the foundation, soil surrounding the point of entry shall be loosened around each of such pipe, waste or conduits for a distance of 150mm and up to a depth of 75 mm before the treatment is commenced. When they enter the soil external to the foundation, they shall be similarly treatment for a distance of 300 mm, unless they stand clear of the walls of the building are about 75 mm. f) 1 liter / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages g) 2 litre per linear meter for expansion joints in touch with soil/sand. Foot print area of Ground Floor of the building shall be considered for payment in sqm.

Providing, driving with hydraulic piling rigs with power units and installing driven cast-insitu reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE WORK Providing and laying in position Ready mix concrete/ batch mix concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement conctere work, using cement content as per approved design mix (Min cementitious level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all lead having continuous agitated mixer, for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping from transit mixer to site of laying; cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability; finishing, compacting, vibrating, curing etc excluding cost of Form work and reinforcement etc complete for all elements, all floors, all level, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer Incharge. Extra for Providing and fixing formwork for exposed concrete surfaces with pattern (vertical or horizontal surface or any shape) for any elements in desired pattern and size as per drawing and specifications using any type of formwork material and system to achieve desired finish as per approved sample for RCC elements including neat cleaning the exposed concrete surface, as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be applicable for all levels, all places and all shapes. The contractor shall submit shuttering pattern/ shop drawing including tie-rod hole position, architectural groove based on architectural conceptual design with control line. Item shall be executed only after shuttering pattern approved by Architect and engineer in charge. Same kind of shuttering material should be only used for standard and residual sizes. These areas shall be entirely free from honey combing, stains, fins, lipping, nail or screw marks, raised grain marks, air holes or any other imperfections; bulging, and also having even shade, texture, level throughout. Mock up for all exposed work to be prepared by contractor and got approved from architects in all respect prior to concrete production. Architect reserves right to reject part or all work of sub standard or not in confirmation to sample approved as per mock up. Contractor shall get prior approval for reuse the shuttering material for repetition from Engineer in charge. Rates shall also include the cost of providing architectural groove of required size, pattern in concrete work as per drawing, cut-out etc in formwork.

EXPANSION JOINT Providing and fixing premoulded compressible, high performance closed cell, bitumen free expansion joint filler board of specified thickness in black colour of approved make, having minimum density 95 Kg/ Cum, non staining with less than 0.08% water absorption & compression recovery of 92% (conforming to MORTH specification clause 1015) minimum as per specifications including cutting to required size and shape, at all levels/ all floors/ all heights, etc. complete, as per drawings/ specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm thick filler board

Providing and fixing fire retardant Expanded Polystyrene Sheets (EPS) of any thickness for filler board as filling material of 32 Kg/cum density including cutting, joining of sheet to getting required thickness as per drawing/ specification for all level/ all height etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. LDPE sheet of 500GSM shall be laid over expanded polystyrene sheet to receive the concrete in case of sunken filling. Expanded polystyrene sheet shall be joined with other filler board in case on expansion gap filling.

Providing and fixing of pan/ tray type expansion/ seismic joint system of approved make related with floor location (floor to floor or floor to wall corner) with stone fixing arrangement (minimum 20mm recess depth for receiving stone) as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminium base members, self aligning/ self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical locations in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and match with finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates/ moves in all directions. The self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The joint system shall utilize light weight aluminium profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminium surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. No screws shall be visible on centre plate (hidden fasteners). The centre plate can be individually designed to match the adjacent surface and can be printed in same adjacent wall texture. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. The Joint System shall resists damage or deterioration from the impact of falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personnel. ALLIED ITEMS Providing and wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) machine of approved make for laying service lines including scaffolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning, making good, providing epoxy mortar/ micro concrete/ patch repair mortar/ Non shrink grout for concrete for grouting the gaps around the pipes for all levels/ all height, after approval of engineer in charge. Providing and laying Conventional half brick masonry in foundation substructure and upto Plinth with common burnt clay building bricks having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 in cement mortar 1:4 (1- Cement : 4 - sand) including finishing, curing, scaffolding, racking/ flush jointing etc complete for all depth, all levels, as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Conventional half brick masonry in super structure with common burnt clay building bricks having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 in cement mortar 1:4 (1- Cement : 4 - sand) including finishing, curing, scaffolding, racking/ flush jointing etc complete for all heights, all floor, all levels, as per drawing/ specification and/ or as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 190 ± 5 mm x 190 ± 5 mm x 80 ± 5 mm glass bricks of approved make, shade, finish/ texture as per following : 1) Drilling hole of required dia in periphery of opening to fixed 5mm GI wire (2 no hole @ 200c/c in both direction). 2) GI wire shall be embedded in the hole and grouting with rebaring chemical of approved make. 3) 2 numbers of GI wires shall be provided with PVC spacers (for provision of groove) in each joint horizontal as well as vertical. 4) fixed the glass brick with suitable white/ transparent adhesive of approved make and/ or polymer based white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 sand + white marble dust), in approximate 10mm thickness. 5) The glass bricks shall be fixed with placing of GI wires vertically as well as horizontally after passing through the spacer and having minimum lap length of 200mm. 6) Joints along the periphery of glass bricks shall be filled with weather silicone sealant of approved make and colour. 7) All the grooves (both side) between the glass brick shall be smoothly finished with paste/ putty of white cement and polymer for water tightness.

Note - 1. Only Superior class wood shall be used for any kind of woodwork. All wood (kiln seasoned and termite treated) and wood base material shall be treated with anti-termite treatment as per relevant IS before use and after installation. The guarantee shall be furnished for 10 years in the prescribed format as directed by EIC. 2. Plywood (BWP grade IS – 710), laminate or other composite wood-based products shall be free of urea formaldehyde. 3. All veneer, wood shall be FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) & Green Guard Certified. 4. All loose sample of materials shall be approved by Engineer in charge. 5. All manufactured products shall conform to Green building norms. 6. All adhesives and sealants shall be with low VOC and lead free with acceptable VOC content as per GRIHA requirements. 7. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on intent/ concept drawing and get approval from Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall prepare mock-up doors, windows and other elements with all required hardware and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work. Work shall be carried out as per the final approved shop drawing and approved mock up. Contractor shall responsible against stability, safety, leakage, etc all complete. Testing work shall be carried out by Contractor as suggested by Engineer in charge. (If required). 5. Contractor shall provide test certification for all fire rated items. 7. Contractor shall make provision for access control system and other mechanical/ automation devices, co-ordinate with other services work and making good etc complete. 8. All Doors, windows and other elements shall be fabricated and finished at the factory/ workshop, and only fixing and final finishing shall be executed at site, unless otherwise approved by Engineer-in-charge. 9. Door, window and other elements work shall be carried out for all floor, all level, all height, all places including loading, unloading, stacking, transporting, hoisting, erecting by any means (mechanical or manual). 10. All silicone sealant shall be grey in colour or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 11. All types of coating (polyester powder coating, anodizing and PVDF coating for aluminium work shall have 20 years of life). DOOR WINDOWS WORK Providing and fixing factory made and pressed laminated/ veneer finish 35mm thick flush door shutter excluding thickness of veneer/ laminate, made of ISI marked non decorative type flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part I), core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood, pine filler and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters having laminates/ veneer of approved make, shade, finish (which paid separately) as approved by Engineer-in-charge on both faces of shutter fixed with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesive conforming to IS 848 including providing and fixing 6mm thick peripherial external lipping made out of first class teak wood, on all edges of door shutter with specified polishing on all exposed faces of lipping including fixing shutters etc complete for all floor all level as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of flush shutter, lipping, PU polishing, necessary consumable, accessories etc but excluding the cost of veneer/ laminates, all required hardware, etc complete for all height as per drawing, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. Out to out dimension including beading thickness shall be measured for payment.

Metal door with frame and shutter (Non fire rated) Providing and fixing of Hollow steel door from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer for all floor all height and as directed by architect and Engineer in charge. All hollow metal doors with or without vision panel Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Door frame shall be single rebated profile of size 143 x 57mm with having 1.20 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (18 gauge) in approved shade. Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be fixed with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners of approved size and make for installation on any type of surface. Once frame installed should be grouted with approved material as per recommended by engineer incharge on the clear opening. Door shutter shall be of 46 mm thick, fully flush, double skin door with or without vision panel.Door shutter shall be manufactured from min 0.8mm thick (22 gauge) galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door shall be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honey comb core . Door frames and shutter shall be finished with powder coating in desired shade. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hardware i.e. hinges, locks, and door closers & frames with provision for required type and size of anchor bolt fixing to any surface . The edges shall be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable shall be as per joinery details with a screw on glass beading on the inside. All door shutter and frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door shutter and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test. Rate shall include supply and installation of door shutter with frame, anchor, vision lite (if required) etc but exclude the cost of hardware etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hollow Metal Door With Lead Layer Providing and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume Lead Line door (Frame and single/double leaf/Fixed shutter)(with or without vision panel) of any size, any shade, any finish at all levels from approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill, necessary hardware and finish as detailed below and conforming to respective IS code. The door shutter shall be insulated with high quality PIR 40 per m3 with 2mm lead lining in Door shutter & door Frame, conforming AERB norms. Door frame shall be rebated alluminium profile of anodize/powder coated size - 80 x 60 mm with min 1.20 mm thickness and with 2mm thick Lead layer. Frames should be fixed with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners of approved size and make for installation on any surface. Once frame installed should be grouted with approved material as per recommended by engineer incharge on the clear opening. Steel door shutter shall be of 44 mm thick, fully flush,(with or without vision panel) double skin door shall be manufactured from 0.5mm thick PPGL sheet each side with 2mm thick Lead layer. The infill material shall be with PIR insulation 40kg per m3 +/- 3. Rate shall include for supply and fix required thickness base plates, all joints of frames with provision for anchor bolt fixing to any type of surface, reinforcement pad for fixing of required hardware, factory finish, pre-punched cut outs to receive hardwares, required thickness hinge plates predrilled to receive hinges for screw mounted fixing, dust proofing arrangement for complete door and door seal as per approved shop drawing etc complete for all floor all height and as directed by architect and Engineer in charge. Rate shall include supply and installation of door shutter with frame, anchor, cost of hardware i.e. Hinges, D hadle and Door Closer, tower bolt,Locking arrangement, lead line vision panel-Lead glass (wherever required with required size) etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Out to out area of door shutter with frame shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing vision panel made out of 5 mm thick toughen glass of any shape any size in all type of flush doors (for non fire rated door). Glass shall be fixed with superior class teak wood beading on both side the door of required size as shown in drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of making opening in door, provision of glass, superior class teak wood beading both side, extra batten support required around periphery of opening, cost of PU polishing etc complete. Installed glass area shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

Providing and fixing in position frames/ shutter for any type of aluminium work like aluminium door, composite door-window, window (sliding, openable, side hung, top hung, fixed etc.), casement window, aluminium partition, aluminium fixed louvers, fixed window with any type of aluminium sections of make Jindal/ Indal/ Hindalco as per approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes/ all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections (conventional and/ or Euro-profile sections), cutting, fabrication, errection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of section for connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing at every 600mm c/c of average 6 mm compact sheet of width (equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. 8) Termite treated seasoned teak wood as infill material to installe hardware in door shutter and frame as and when required but excluding. 1) necessary hardware; 2) Glazing or panelling material and shutter. Shop drawing shall be prepared and get approved from the consultants before procurement of material by the contractor. Work shall carried out as per the approved shop drawings and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections which are visible shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period.

Air Transfer Grill for door shutter Providing and fixing powder coated (powder coating not less than 50 microns) non vision extruded aluminum "Air Transfer Grill” of approved make and of required sizes to be fixed in the opening made in the laminated/ veneer finished/ non decorative flush door shutters/compact sheet door. The frame of grill shall be approximate 1.20 mm thick, in approved size, shade, and pattern, shape, as per the drawing and as per directions of Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the door as per approved grill size, providing and fixing required depth of beading on the cutting edges of door shutter with finishing. The air transfer grill shall be of double frame and fixed flush with the surface of door shutter on both sides. Area of the Air Transfer Grill on one side of door shutter shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing glazing in door, window, ventilation, fixed glazing and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of beading shall be covered in basic item). Glass shall be of any shade ,any size, any shape as per Drawing and conform to IS:2835 or IS:2553. Sample shall be approved before execution the work. Installed area shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage. a) With clear toughened glass panes of 6.0 mm thickness

b) With clear toughened glass panes of 8.0 mm thickness

c) With clear toughened glass panes of 12.0 mm thickness

f) 13.52mm thick laminated glass of approved make, shade and as per approved sample- 13.52mm thick clear laminated glass with (6mm toughen glass + 1.52mm thick PVB lamination + 6 mm toughen glass) in glazed panel door & Window.

Extra for providing frosting/ etching process on glass of any thickness in any pattern as per approved sample. Frosted/ etched area of glass shall be measured for payment.

Glass Film Providing and fixing in position Glass film of various type (i.e PVC Frosted film of 100 to 130 micron thickness or UV resistant solar control film) approved make (of any pattern, shade and type) on glass partitions, window and doors for internal/external use. Film shall be pasted on glass without any appearing air bubble. The rates shall be for all shapes and all heights with necessary scaffolding complete as per the architectural drawings and manufacturer's specification & instructions as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Film shall be with 10 years warranty. Finished frosted film area on glass shall be measured for payment.

Mirror Providing and fixing 6mm thick superior quality wall hung mirror with modular aluminium frame. Mirror shall be extra clear, decorative type, best quality, bevelled edge at periphery and of approved make in any shape and sizes. Exposed edges of mirror shall be grinded and polished. The backing of mirror shall be 8mm thick Cement bonded particle board/ fibre cement board and fixed with silicon sealant/ double sided tape to mirror. Mirror shall be fixed on cement board with double sided tape and suitable adhesive etc complete in proper plumb and level etc complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of mirror,cement fiberboard, adhesive, double sided tape, screw, fasteners and all required accessories. Out to out area of mirror with aluminium frame shall be considered for payment without any wastage.

Mirror with wooden frame Providing and fixing 6mm thick extra clear mirror (with low iron content) of approve make in any shape and sizes with kiln seasoned termite treated superior class teak wooden frame of size upto 100mm x 38mm and as per drawing. Wooden framing shall be with some carving, molding work as per intent and water based exterior grade PU polished. Cement bonded particle board/ cement fiber board of minimum 6 mm thickness shall be fixed to wall with SS 304 screw/ fastener in proper plumb and level. Mirror shall be fixed with silicon sealant/ double sided tape on cement board. Wooden frame shall be fixed at periphery of glass in good workmanship manner etc. complete at all floors, all levels, all heights as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of mirror, cement bonded particle board/ fiber cement board, wooden framing including moulding, carving, adhesive, double sided tape, screw, fasteners, PU polish and all required accessories. Out to out area of mirror with wooden frame shall be considered for payment without any wastage.

Internal Modular Glass partition system and door Providing and fixing Internal Modular Glass and aluminium partition system and door of approved make. Single glazed partition and door consist of aluminium extruded profile, infill panel and door shutter. Infill material for fixed panel shall be of glass (of required size & specified thickness) and/ or plywood. Door shutter shall be glazed shutter and/ or flush door shutter as specified and as per drawing. (Door shutter shall be paid separately). All aluminium profiles (peripheral and intermediate) shall be of size 100mm x 30 to 45mm having minimum 1.5mm thickness excluding of powder coating. Mullioin and transom in partition system shall be made of Aluminium sections of same size of 100mm x 30 to 45mm and location as per drawing. All aluminium profile shall have minimum 50 micron polyester powder coating/ minimum 20mm anodized finish of approved make and shade. All aluminium profile shall be with featured concealed sealing (No visible gaskets/ seals) with acoustic rating of 30 dB with third party test certificate. No visible clip lines to provide clutter free view at both side of section. The Glass to be offset mounted towards outer edge or centre mounted. It shall consist of profile bottom seal pair for additional acoustic. Following standards shall be applicable for partition system. • Structural stability test accordance to BS 5234: Part2:1992 & EN 1991-1-1:2002 • Acoustic test for sound insulation in accordance to DIN EN ISO 10140-2 ASTME - E90 • All aluminium profile shall be extruded and manufactured and tested in accordance to EN573-3, EN755-2, DIN EN 12020 T2, non-dimensions manufacturing tolerance deviation DIN ISO 2768-1 or DIN 18202, DIN 1249 DIN EN ISO 12543. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing including fixing arrangement based on concept drawing. If adjoining surface is not available to fixed the partition, the contractor shall provide fixing arrangement of partition as per manufacture's recommendation without any extra cost. Contractor shall prepare mock-up (for one module with infill, shutter and hardware) for approval. Partition system shall be fixed on any type of surface i.e. masonry, RCC, dry wall system, metal work etc) with required capacity of anchorage as per manufacturer's specification. Stability of partition system shall be responsibility of contractor. Contractor shall coordinate and execute any type of services in partition system. Work shall be carried out as per approved shop drawing, as per approved mock-up and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of cost of minimum 50 micron polyester powder coated/ minimum 20 micron colour anodized aluminium framing system, fixing accessories, SS 304 fasteners, gaskets, sealants etc. all required to completely install the system. However, Infill material (glass, plywood, veneer), flush door shutter, glazed door shutter, hardware and MS for fixing the partition (if required) shall be paid in relevant tender items. Partition system shall be measured as per following 1) In case of fixed partition and partitions with door - Out to out dimension of frame shall be measured for payment. 2) In case of only door - Out to out dimension of door frame shall be measured for payment.

Single glazed aluminium door shutter in glass partition system Providing and fixing glass door with aluminium shutter profile in modular partition system (frame) to accommodate the glass of specified thickness. Glass door with aluminium shutter profile shall be suitable to modular partition system and of approved make (same as partition system), all complete with necessary arrangement for provision of hardware (door closer, hinge, lock, handle etc.), required to perform as per specification and approved shop drawing. The contractor shall submit shop drawing with all details for approval of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes shutter frame, all accessories and hardware, labour, but except glazing which shall be paid under relevant item. Out to out area of shutter shall be measured for payment.

External fixed system window Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing of fixed window/ door system with fixed and/or openable (hinged or sliding) panels of approved make, custom designed to with stand the design wind pressure confirming to IS -875 part III. The system shall have two barrier gasket system for weather sealing. Provision for drainage of uncontrolled water entering to 1st barrier gasket. Microwave cured EPDM gaskets to accommodate glass thickness as per structural requirement, weather sealants, SS 316 grade screws of approved make, all in complete required to perform as per specification and drawing in conjunction with BOQ. Complete system shall be warranted for minimum 10 yrs against design, material, hardware, system performance, water tightness & workmanship defects. The extruded aluminium sections of Alloy 6063 T5 / T6 & tolerances confirming to DIN/ EN standard, of approved architectural sizes. All the aluminium structural profiles shall have minimum 2.0mm wall thickness. All the internal and external visible and non visible surfaces shall have Super durable polyester Powder coating of 60 - 80 micron confirming to AAMA 2604. The contractor shall prepare design and shop drawing and submit along with methodology statement in line with manufactures specifications to Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include all materials, hardware , SS 304 fasteners, any type reinforcment to strenghen the system, sealant (minimum 5 mm thick depth and 5 mm thick wide with PE backer rod on both faces) and labour. Aluminium shutter Profile of casement window/ door shutter, glass shall be paid under relevant tender item. All shade approval shall be as per Engineer In Charge Approval. The quote rate shall include all design, engineering & shop drawing approval from Engineer-in-charge. Out to out window frame (without sealant) including shutter opening (if any) shall be measured for payment purpose. TESTING – The system shall be demonstrated performance for air seal/ water seal/ structural/seismic requirement.

Extra for side hung/Top hung shutter in fixed system window Providing and fixing side hung/Top hung openable window/door shutter, with all required accessories and hardware i.e. heavy duty three leaf projected type hinges, multi point lock, window stay of required capacity, microwave cured EPDM gaskets etc. Shutter profile to accommodate the glass of specified thickness, weather sealants, SS 316 grade screws and fasteners of approved make, all complete required to perform as per specification and approved shop drawing. Shutter shall have crimped corners. The door shutter adaptor frame profile shall be fixed to the GCW profile system (system window frame) with necessary SS 316 screws and weather sealant applied from outside. The item includes all materials, accessories, hardware, labour etc as mentioned. The contractor shall prepare and submit shop drawing with all details for approval of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all material, labour, hardware, (i.e. Hinges, multi point lock, window friction stay, window restrictor stay etc) as above except glazing which shall be paid under relevant item. All the accessories-Hardware shall be system compatible accessories. Add on profile, if any, required for shutter along with necessary fixing accessories and EPDM gaskets are inclusive in the cost of this item. Out to out dimensions of shutter area shall be measured for payment.

Extra for sliding shutter in fixed system window Providing and fixing sliding openable window/door shutter, with all required accessories and hardware i.e. lever handles, Flush type locks, multi point lock, roller, etc. of required capacity, microwave cured EPDM gaskets etc. the gaskets used shall be made of EPDM peroxide cured glazing gasket ensures perfect water-tightness. Wool pile brush made of high quality polypropylene multifilament yarn and has a central polypropylene fin to be provided for additional protection for tightness. Wool piles shall be extended till the height of shutters. All the accessories-Hardware shall be system compatible accessories. Rollers shall be system based with suitable weight carrying capacity. Rollers shall be tested for 25000 cycles. Shutter shall be with two point/ multi point lock with mortise handle of approved shade and shape. Shutter profile to accommodate the glass of specified thickness, weather sealants, SS 316 grade screws and fasteners of approved make, all complete required to perform as per specification and approved shop drawing. Shutter shall have crimped corners. The door shutter adaptor frame profile shall be fixed to the GCW profile system (system window frame) with necessary SS 316 screws and weather sealant applied from outside. The contractor shall prepare and submit shop drawing with all details for approval of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes all materials, accessories, hardware, labour etc as mentioned above except glazing which shall be paid under relevant item. Add on profile, if any, required for shutter along with necessary fixing accessories and EPDM gaskets are inclusive in the cost of this item. Out to out dimensions of sliding shutter area shall be measured for payment. Water tightness and air permeability shall be as per relevant latest code.

Automatic sliding mechanism system in glazing Supply and Installation of automatic sliding mechanism system for entrance glazing door for an approximate clear width up to 4000mm and height approximate 3000mm using suitable operator of aprroximate 100mm Height x 250mm width with Microprocessor control reversing when obstruction is encountered. The automatic door shall accommodate 12mm Clear/ 13.52mm thick laminated toughened glass with aluminium frame profile. The door shall have power back up module for emergency operations. Under the requirement of fire evacuation/ emergency exit, door shall have possibility of remaining fully open. Door shall have required air and water seals on its all four sides. Class of protection IP 20. Contractor shall submit shop drawings incorporating all the features. Sliding door shall have inbuilt obstruction detection feature with automatic reversing cycle on obstruction, dynamic and static force limitation, emergency control unit (emergency stop), 2 Pair of Photocells shall be provided for safety of passenger standing in line of motion of moving panel and for through-passage monitoring. Mechanism system shall be installed and finished as per architectural requirement. The quoted rate shall include all material, labour, design, engineering & shop drawing. The quoted rate shall include all statutory obligations and safety code compliance. The quoted ratesshall also include EM locking, photocell sensor, incorporate egress control by an automatic security item and all other E & M systems as required for automatic sliding door. Glazing and metal frame work shall be paid in relevant items.

Mosquito net Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel net/ mesh grade 304 made out of wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture in any type of door, window, ventilation shutter, behind louver etc as per drawing (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) with matching aluminium beading with required screw, nails, fastener etc. complete for all floor, all level, all height and as directed by engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of SS mesh, with all required accessories but excluding the cost of aluminium work. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid. any type of wastage is not measured for payment.

Providing and fixing laminated 6mm thick Compact Sheet of any size, any shape, any colour, any texture as per approved sample (approved by architect) in aluminium frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of sheet, single side, double side coloured as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ adhesive tape/ screwing on the periphery of the sheet as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the drawing & as directed by EIC / Architect. Cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid. any type of wastage is not measured for payment.

Aluminum Operable Louver Providing and fixing aluminum operable system (hand operated) louvers of approved make having 50 micron polyester powder coating of approved shade & colour and texture with operating mechanism frame louver with gasket and piles. The corner joints of the frame shall be made at 45 degree using die-cast solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly. Gaskets shall be of EPDM material. Work shall be carried out in the existing door/ window frame as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Operating panel shall be provided as per drawing. Actual measurement of system with louvers shall be measured and paid in sqm. Rate shall be inclusive of aluminum frame for louver operating system.

HARDWARE Floor Spring Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring with SS 304 cover plate (with outer box) & adjustable concealed casted top pivot (two piece) and bottom strap of approved make for wooden/ aluminium doors of specified capacity. The floor springs with back check and adjustable closing speed from 175 degree, non hold open and satin stainless steel finish. Rate shall be inclusive of cutting of floor neatly, grouting the floor spring & cleaning/ polishing the floor & maintaining in good working condition. In case of Aluminium shutter bottom arm of floor spring & top pivot shall be firmly fixed in the aluminium members using required size of teak wood by making rebate in the wood. Selection of floor spring shall be as per size and weight of door. Rate shall be inclusive of wooden member for fixing. a) Floor Spring for door width up to 1500mm and/ or for internal aluminium door or Glass door or wooden door with cover pate and extended spindle to hide the floor spring cover plate. Closing force complying with EN 1154 2 - 5.

Providing and fixing cam action shutter mounted standard track door closer, track arm with hold open, with screws to pivoted/ hinged door of approved make and finish for shutter width up to 1500 mm having closing force complying with EN 1154 2 - 4 with minimum one year guarantee. All adjustment screws face fixed. Rate shall be inclusive of fixing with using the template as per manufacturer’s specification. Selection of door closer shall be as per size and weight of door.

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade 5 knuckle, 2 bearing butt hinge in satin stainless steel finish, as per EN 1935 of specified size of approved make as per approved sample with necessary SS 304 screws etc. complete for all floor all height all level as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a) 125 x 75 x 3 mm - with ball bearing

Providing and fixing central pivot hinge for duct door shutter of required capacity and of approved make with necessary screws etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade 1.2 mm thick kick plate of approved finish of size 1000mm (+/- 100mm) (W) x 300mm (H) for disabled toilet door/ kitchen door as per drawing of approved make including fixing with necessary material like adhesive, adhesive tape, SS screws etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Kick plate have cute corner and grinded edges as per approved sample.

Push Plate Providing and fixing SS 304 push plate (plain matt/ satin/ brush finish) of approved make and approximate size 300mm (min) x 100mm x minimum 1mm thickness with necessary screws etc. complete as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be for all heights, all floors and all places.

Fire rated & Insulated glazed Partition system with double leaf swing type/sliding type door Supply and installation of tested fully glazed fire rated fixed partition system/ fixed window including swing type latched double shutter door/ sliding type double leaf door with 120 minutes of integrity and radiation control (EW 120) and Insulation of 30 minutes (EI 30) with symmetrical (Bi-Directional) fire protection. The frames for partitions as well as doors, shutter, beading shall be made out of cold rolled/ pressed galvanized steel profiles as per EN 10327 or IS 277. The door frames are cold rolled/ pressed galvanized steel from minimum 1.5 mm steel sheet to form a profile. Frame shall have minimum 48mm width and face width maximum 125mm and as per manufacturer’s specification. The doors frame profiles shall have groves to incorporate fire resistant gaskets. The system shall be tested as per EN 1634-1/ / ISO 834-1/ ISO 3009/ IS 16947:2019 in FRL CBRI or an accredited laboratory as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The glass shall be clear with minimum 11 mm thickness and 120 min fire rated for Integrity, radiation control (EW 120) and partial insulation (EI 30), non wired, interlayered with a light transmission of minimum 85%, and a sound reduction of 37 (±2) dB and manufactured in UL & TUV audited Facility. The glass for partitions as well as for doors shall be held in its place with the help of minimum 1.2 mm cold rolled/ galvanized steel beading and ceramic tape as per the test evidence. Beadings for doors and partitions shall be clipped using SS self-tapping screws. The glass panes in doors and partitions shall be supported on non-combustible 6 mm Calcium Silicate setting blocks. All provision shall be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. The door frame profiles and partitions shall be fixed to the supporting construction by means of M10 or bigger SS 304 steel fastener as per system requirement. Partition system shall be fixed on any type of surface i.e. masonry, RCC, dry wall system, metal work etc. with required capacity of anchorage as per manufacturers specifications. Stability of door and partition system shall be responsibility of contractor Contractor shall prepare shop drawing including fixing arrangement based on concept drawing. In case, surface/member is not available abutting the partition and door system for fixing, contractor shall design and propose a subsystem/ MS frame for fixing arrangement as per manufacturers recommendation. Contractor shall prepare mock of system with all hardware for approval. Any sub structure/ MS framing for fixing the system, shall be paid in relevant tender item. All exposed system profiles shall be finished pure polyester powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test. The specimen shall be tested in FRL CBRI or international test lab like TBWRL / IFTS / DMT. Rate shall be inclusive of frame and glass for fixed partition system (including side and top fixed panel of shutter), fasteners, finishing and all required accessories etc complete, but excluding the cost of swing type latched door shutter, sliding door shutter, required hardware and automatic system. MS work for subsystem/ fixing arrangement, if required, shall be paid in relevant tender item after approval of Engineer-in-charge. Contractor shall prepare mock up of system with all hardware for approval. Area of partition measuring out to out dimension of frame for partition without deducting the area of door opening shall be measured for payment.

Insulated Glazed Fire Door shutter - Swing type Door shutter Extra for Providing and fixing of double door shutter of approximate total door opening size 2400mm x 2400mm with fully glazed with shutter profile of size upto 60 x 120mm step box section for taking glass elements. Door leaf profile shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. Glass shall be held in its place with 1.2mm x 19mm GI clip-on beading with a ceramic tape of size 4 x 13mm as per the test evidence. Concealed screws shall be 8 x 19mm, self tapping and fixed inside the beading at every 250 mm c/c. Internal construction of the door shall be rigid reinforcement pads for stability of profile & infill of high density mineral wool. All provision shall be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. No visible cut-out or joints shall be allowed for hinges and other accessories. For pair of doors integral astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile. Shutter shall have all necessary hardware as mentioned below: SS 304 heavy duty butt hinge (minimum 4 nos per shutter) of size 100mm x 75mm x 3mm with ball bearing, 1 set of panic device for both shutter (one point and three point), external trim with lever handle, 1 set of two concealed door closers with integrated door coordinator etc The doors shutter shall have fire rated drop down seal at the bottom and peripherial seal. All hardware shall be of 120 minutes fire rating and third party approval certificate as directed by Engineer in charge. All exposed system profiles shall be finished pure polyester powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test. The specimen shall be tested in FRL CBRI or approved test lab by Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of shutter frame, finishing, all required hardware, services connections etc complete.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal 2 Hour fire rated metal doors (single / double shutter door with 120 minute integrity and 30 minute insulation) of approved make and in any shade any finish as per IS 3614 – 2021 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with minimum 30 mins insulation with vision panel. Test certificates shall be available for vision liters/ panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and hardware shall be of 120 minutes Fire Rating and third party approval certificate from reputed agency such as CERTIFIRE / UL etc. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer subject to Engineer-in-charge approval and shall be ISO certified company. Fire door system shall be fixed on any type of surface i.e. masonry, RCC, dry wall system, metal work etc. with required capacity of anchorage as per manufacturers specifications. Stability of door and partition system shall be responsibility of contractor Contractor shall prepare shop drawing including fixing arrangement based on concept drawing. Fire rated Door frame shall be single rebate profile of size 125mm x 55 mm made out of 1.60mm (16 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be as per tested design and field assembled with self tabs. All provision shall be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames shall have inbuilt grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with EPDM smoke seal as per IS:3614-2021. Rubber door silencers shall be provided on the striking jamb. Frames shall be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed shall be filled with PUF as recommended by the manufacturer or engineer. Door shutter and frames shall be finished with minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all above mentioned components including anchor fasteners. (Cost of SS ball bearing hinges is excluded). MS work for subsystem/fixing arrangement, if required, shall be paid in relevant tender item after approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Fire rated Door shutter shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin metal door (single/ double shutter door) with or without vision lite. Door shutter shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door shall be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be high density insulation material with Intumescent seals and smoke seal as per IS:3614-2021. All doors shall be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges shall be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable shall be provided for minimum 5mm thick fire rated glass as per manufacturer’s recommendation with a clip on arrangement. Door shutter and frames shall be finished with minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test. The cost includes all above material, labour, finishing, fixing except Vision panel, ball bearing butt hinges, mortise sash lock, hydraulic door closer, panic device and external trim with design liver handle, which shall be paid in relevant tender item. MS work shall be paid in relevant tender item, if required and after approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fixed vision panel glass in any type of fire rated door having minimum 11 mm clear, 2 hour fire rated and insulated glass of approved make with a clip-on arrangement with ceramic/ fire rated gasket and as per manufacturers recommendation. Installed area of glass shall be measured for payment.

Rolling shutter Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness including providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters, Inclusive for providing grilled rolling shutters manufactured out of 8 mm dia M.S. bar instead of laths as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge, (area of grill would be width of shutter and required height). Rate shall be inclusive of epoxy primer and PU paint of approved make and shade and thickness as per manufacturer specification on both side with guide channel and hood cover of rolling shutter. Out to out dimension of shutter including guide channel and hood cover shall be measured for payment.

Fire Rated Rolling Shutter Providing and fixing of motorized fire rated rolling shutter FRS120 as per IS3614 Part-1 and tested to ISO 834-1 or BS 476 Part 22 of approved make and in required size. Slats shall be made from galvanized steel 0.9 to 1.2mm (22/18 gauge) as per IS 277 of size approximate 80mm of approved make. Rolling shutter shall be tested & certified for stability and integrity for up to 120mins. Construction of the slats shall be of 0.8 10 1.2mm thick cold rolled galvalume steel/ GI sheets forming to the door height, the bottom rail formed from mild steel flat bar and angle of suitable size depending on door width. Mild steel angles of suitable size and thickness are bolted to U guide of 3mm thick, fitted with suitable steel bolts / Anchor fasteners to form a secure fix in the RCC/ Steel structure. minimum 0.8mm thick pressed galvalume steel hood box complete with reinforced bracket as required to suit the shutter width, finish with two coats of polyurethane spray paint of approved shade over one coat of epoxy primer. Motor capacity shall be min 0.5hp (370W) or as per manufacturer's recommendation, connecting volt shall be 230Volt, 50Hz, 1 phase and 415V 50Hz 3 phase for bigger sizes. 2 no. of Three station push button (Up, Stop, Down), IP 65. The current rating shall be 3.3 Amp for the sizes mentioned. Where fire shutters are needed to be activated by fire alarm signal, a dual fusible link (electric solenoid releaser) is used which releases the brake of the motor, upon receipt of a 24V DC, 400mA fire alarm signal. Standard size cable shall be provided by the manufacturer. The rolling shutter shall be of galvalume steel and provided with finish two coats of Polyurethane spray paint of approved shade over one coat of epoxy primer. The contractor shall provide mechanical operating arrangements (if the motor is not functioning) and locking arrangement etc as directed by engineer in charge. Space for head room area, side space for both sides based on door sizes and as per manufacturer's recommendation. Shutter box and guide rail shall be integrated. For payment out to out area of rolling shutter including hood cover and side channels shall be measured.

Providing & fixing Fire rated (120 minutes) hydraulic door closer having third party approval certificate from reputed agency such as CERTIFIRE / UL etc. with controlled adjustable closing speed and power adjustable with back check with track arm with screws to hinged door of approved make confirming EN grade 2-4 with minimum one year guarantee. All adjustment screws face fixed. Rate shall be inclusive of fixing with using the template as per manufacturer’s specification & maintain in good working condition. The door closer shall conform to EN 1154 standards and CE marked with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 120 min fire rated SS 304 Ball Bearing Butt Hinges 125mm x 75mm x 3 mm CE marked for fire rated metal door of approved make with necessary screws etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 120 min fire rated Mortise sash lock of approved make with 70 mm Cylinder with thumb turn & key operation, SS 304 pair of lever handle, and pair of SS 304 Escutcheons (key hole plate) etc having CE marked for fire rated metal/ wooden door of approved make with necessary fittings etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The lock shall be with 4 keys. Provision of master key shall be as per client's requirement.

Providing and fixing 2 hour fire rated 1 point panic device in contour design, carry bar for fire and smoke check doors (single shutter door and active leaf of double shutter door), with steel latch, security anti thrust latch for door widths up to 1300mm, in silver finish having third party approval certificate from reputed agency such as CERTIFIRE / UL etc., as per EN 1125, CE marked of approved make etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2 hour fire rated 2 point modular panic device on inactive leaf of approved make, carry bar for rebated double shutter fire and smoke check doors, with steel latch, security anti thrust latch in silver finish, having third party approval certificate from reputed agency such as CERTIFIRE / UL etc., as per EN 1125, CE marked with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

External trim with lever Providing and fixing 2 hour fire rated External trim with design lever handle up to 200mm long of approved make suiting the panic bar for fire and smoke check doors. For max. 60mm thick door prepared for half euro profile cylinder and in Silver finish with necessary fittings etc. complete having third party approval certificate from reputed agency such as CERTIFIRE/ UL etc., as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing floor mounted (with bottom and wall support) toilet/ shower cubical systems of approved make in required size partition and door width with 18mm thick compact board which shall be antibacterial, antifungal (conforming to JIS Z2801:2010 and ASTM G 21-2015 standards respectively) with Green guard Certification, including doors, pilasters & intermediate panels, which shall be resistant to heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch, termite and impact. Compact board shall be resistance to water immersion through permissible increase on thickness and mass 0.60% and board density 1.35kg/cm3 and manufactured under EN438-2&3:2005 standard. Compact panel shall be of approved shade, texture and make. To strengthen and support the system, it shall be settled on end walls with MS member. Mid panels and Pilaster will be fixed with top support of SS (316 grade). The intermediate panels will be attached to the wall with the help of approved SS channels (grade316) and all required hardware, made up of stainless steel as per manufacturer’s specification. Pilaster shall be fixed to floor with SS 316 supports as approved by Engineer in charge. Door knob, gravity hinges, Thumb turn locksets with occupancy indicators, coat hooks with door stopper, U channel, top rail with corner connector, adjustable foot/ pedestal, bottom supports, rubber noise deafening tape, screw & wall plugs shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge. All screws shall be of SS 316 grade in stain finish. The floor clearance shall be upto 110 mm. Cubical shall be procured and install from system manufacturers and assembled. Dimensions of the cubical system shall be as per conceptual drawing and as per site condition. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with all hardware and accessories for approval before execution. Work shall be carried out as per approved shop drawing. Total Area of compact sheet (used in fixed partition, door shutter and divider) shall be measured for payment which will include cost of all SS 316 fittings, hardware and support system as mentioned in the item. MS work, for additional support, if required, for the cubicle system shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Note:- 1) Rate shall be inclusive of any type of groove and drip mould in all type of plaster work. 2) The rate shall be for all floor, all height, all level in any shape. 3) Contractor shall provide GI chicken mesh/ glass fiber mesh (with alkali resistant coating ) at all junctions, corner, services cut-out/ chasing, doors window joints etc. as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. 4) If plaster thickness shall be more than mentioned in BOQ description, contractor shall provide GI chicken mesh/ glass fiber mesh (with alkali resistant coating) in entire area. Gypsum suitable for spray application shall only be used. PLASTER WORK Providing and laying average 10 mm thick single coat cement plaster and finished with trowel, on ceiling, side and soffit of beam and stair etc in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), in any shape, at all floors, all heights with necessary scaffolding, curing, making grooves, forming pattas, application of bonding agent/ hacking properly RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 12 to 15 mm thick single coat cement plaster and finished with trowel on sides of brick work/ blocks work/ RCC work etc in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) in any shape, at all floors, all heights with necessary scaffolding, finishing, curing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly RCC surface/ application of bonding agent, provision of GI hexagonal chicken mesh of size aperture 20 mm x 20 mm of 22 gauge and minimum 200 mm wide at RCC & masonry junctions or between different materials and 145 GSM of minimum 150mm wide fiber glass mesh with alkali resistant coating shall be fixed at plumbing and electrical work chasing areas, at corner and doors and window joints as per manufacturer's specifications with GI nails, hacking of concrete/ application of bonding agent, etc. complete as directed by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all labour and material including hacking of concrete/ bonding agent, chicken mesh, glass fiber mesh, provision of groove/ drip mould as per drawing, incidentals etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick double coat mala plaster and finished with trowel on sides of brick work/ blocks work/ RCC work consisting of average 12 mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and average 8 mm thick uniform coat using steel trovel finish in CM 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand), in any shape, at all floors, all heights (for internal and external surfaces) with necessary scaffolding, finishing, curing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly RCC surface/ application of bonding agent, provision of GI hexagonal chicken mesh of size aperture 20 mm x 20 mm of 22 gauge and minimum 200 mm wide at RCC & masonry junctions or between different materials and 145 GSM of minimum 150mm wide fiber glass mesh with alkali resistant coating shall be fixed at plumbing and electrical work chasing areas, at corner and doors and window joints as per manufacturer's specifications with GI nails, hacking of concrete/ application of bonding agent, etc. complete as directed by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all labour and material including hacking of concrete/ bonding agent, chicken mesh, glass fiber mesh, provision of groove/ drip mould as per drawing, incidentals etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 12 to 15 mm thick water proof single coat smooth / wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work / block work / RCC work, in any shape, in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and water proofing compund of approved make in proportions recommended by the manufacturer, finishing the surface wired finish / smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry for all floors, all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Note:- 1) All the waterproofing treatment/ work shall be executed through an approved water-proofing agency of approved manufacturer. Contractor shall submit technical data sheet of each product, which will be used for execution. 2) Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all detail in illustrative sketch form and got approved by Engineer-in-charge. 3) A written guarantee bond on non-judicial stamp paper (tri-party) shall be submitted by the main Contractor and provided by principal manufacturer and applicator, who has carried out work.The gurantee bond shall be for a period of ten years from the certified date of completion of overall work. The gurantee shall be for composite warranty against leakages/seepage/dampness and for the satisfactory performance of the entire water-proofing system. 4) Water proofing shall be executed under supervision of technical team of manufacturer. Waterproofing shall be tested and approved by Engineer-in-charge before proceeding for subsequent activities. 5) Contractor shall repair the concrete element by injection grouting of suitable non-shrink grout and other suitable methods in case of defective concreting of retaining walls, water tanks, slabs, beams etc., for which nothing extra shall be payable. 6) Rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation, repairing, injection grouting, saw cutting of construction joints and filling with patch repair mortar, making polymer mortar /Polymer CC fillets at horizontal as well as vertical corners etc complete. Rate shall be inclusive of testing of elements and system before and after water proofing application. 7) Rate shall be inclusive of dewatering work (pumping out and removing slush) while execution in under water condition. 8) Latest technical system/ product shall be adopted at the time of execution after approval of engineer incharge. WATERPROOFING WORK Providing & laying under the RCC Raft Foundation, a HDPE based waterproofing white composite sheet membrane, at minimum 1.2mm thickness (bare sheet thickness), when tested as per ASTM D 3767, consisting of high density polyethylene film/ sand blasted surface, a pressure sensitive adhesive and a trafficable weather resistant coating. The membrane shall form an integral, adhesive and permanent bond to poured concrete to prevent water migration at the interface of the membrane and structural concrete and shall include with overlaps to be treated with hot air welding technology/ dual adhesive tape lap seam technology to complete the side laps and secure adjacent sheets. HDPE Membrane shall be applied with following steps and as per manufacturer recommendation: 1) Cleaning of PCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges, etc 2) HDPE membrance laid over PCC and continued over the side of raft, vertical portion of retaining wall and over the kicker joint, and terminated over the kicker joint, into a saw cut groove provided at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical, to tuck in the HDPE membrane and sealed off with a PU sealant. The membrane shall have the following physical properties: 1) Lateral Water Migration Resistance of at least 70 m as per ASTM D 5385, of hydrostatic head pressure 2) An elongation of minimum 400% as per ASTM D 412. 3) Tensile Strength 25 MPa as per ASTM D 412, 4) Peel Strength to Poured-in-Place Concrete after 7 days of water immersion: 800N/m – ASTM D 903 5) Lap peel adhesion minimum 1400 N/m; ASTM D1876 6) The membrane shall have a puncture resistance not less than 890 N as per ASTM E 154, 7) Water presence less than 0.1 perms as per ASTM E 96 Method B 8) Water absorption not exceeding 0.5% as per ASTM D 570. Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all detail in illustrative sketch form and get approved from Engineer-in-charge before start of work. Application shall be carried out by approved applicator of manufacture and as per recommended by manufacturer. Actual laid area of HDPE membrane (horizontal & vertical) shall be measured for payment without considering overlaps.

Retaining wall Treatment Providing and applying spray applied, 2-component Polyurea over retaining wall on thoroughly prepared and cleaned surface mechanically to remove all chipping and loose material and laitance by mechanical grinding, treatment of cracks and honey combing by suitable repairing method as approved by Engineer-in-charge as per site condition. Then application of 2-component Polyurea that shall be quick/ fast Setting, elastomeric waterproof, spray applied in two coat to acheive minimum 1.5 mm DFT by high-pressure spray application, heated two component, spray proportioning equipment. The proportioning equipment must be capable of supplying correct pressure and heat for the appropriate hose length on a consistent basis. The Polyurea coating system must deliver the following properties: Solids by Volume shall be 100%, Tensile strength ASTM D412 10 MPa , Tear Resistance ASTM D624C shall be minimum 50 N/mm, Shore A Hardness (ASTM D2240) not less than 80, Elongation ASTM D412 400%, crack bridging ability of minimum 2 mm as per ASTM C1305, and resistance to fire to std (EN 13501-1) Class E. Protection Board in Verticals: Providing and installing of minimum 25 mm thick XPS protection board of approved quality over the layer of Polyurea/ Polyurethane using appropriate compatible adhesive to prevent any damage to membrane during backfilling. The protection board is to be spot-bonded on the applied waterproofing. Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all details in illustrative sketch form and get approved from Engineer-in-charge. Application shall be carried out by registered applicator of the manufacture and approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Cost shall include all materials, labour, T&P, wastage etc. as mentioned above in the item. Applied area of Polyurea coating as per approved methodology (horizontal and vertical) shall be measured for payment without any overlaps.

Supplying and laying M25 grade vibrated concrete screed in proper slope and gradient including saw cutting (approx. 6mm W x 30mm D) at 3m x 4m panels or less size, making angle fillet of 50mm x 50mm at the corners using M25 grade concrete and filling the groove with PU sealant (minimum 20 mm depth over PE backer rod). If Screed concrete shall be laid over on existing concrete surface, bonding agent shall be applied before laying of concrete. Cost includes all material, labour, T&P, wastage involved as mentioned in the item. Reinforcement if required shall be paid in relevant agreement items.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI - 212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm per coat

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Toilet, Wet area & Misc. areas Providing and applying Two-part acrylic polymer modified cementitious elastomeric waterproof coating of minimum 1.5mm thickness DFT having minimum 1 N/mm2 tensile strength, and shall cover 2.2 kg/sqm per mm of thickness. The coating shall have an elongation of a minimum of 80% when tested as per ASTM D 412 resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048 and having crack bridging ability of up to 2mm. Thorough surface preparation by mechanical means to level and plain the surface of walls and floors of the toilet areas. All cracks and crevices shall be filled and made good to receive waterproofing coating treatment The coating shall cover all the floor area of the wet area (toilet) and shall also be applied over on the vertical walls for minimum 300mm height above the floor in two or more coats to achieve required thickness. The periphery of the toilet floor shall be additionally reinforced with an extra third coat of the coating with a fiber band (glass fibre mesh of minimum 80 gsm) sandwiched between the first and the second coat, which shall also done around protrusions (pipes) meant for plumbing purpose. The last coat (second/ third coat) when wet, shall be sprinkled with clean and washed sand, to facilitate the floor screed or plaster. Pipes being fixed for plumbing shall be fixed in holes which are mechanically core cut, more than the dia of the pipes. Pipes shall be fixed by grouting the annular space with non-shrink cementitious grout of proprietary make. Before grouting, the pipes shall be wrapped with a two-way self adhesive tape at least 50mm wide and then grouted to fill in the grout, ensuring total watertight plumbing fittings. Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all detail in illustrative sketch form and get approved from Engineer-in-charge. Application shall be carried out by approved applicator of manufacture and as per recommended by manufacturer. Actual applied area on floor & wall shall be measured for payment. Cost includes all material (for surface preparation, coating and hole packing), labour, T&P, wastage involved as mentioned in the item.

Providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion. The laid AAC bat mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required. Further surfaces shall be screeded with cement concrete mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone grit of size 6 mm and below by volume) admixed with approved integral water proofing compound in recommended proportion, laid to an average thickness of 25mm and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such that the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed. This shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 72 hours. (Rate includes cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights). For payment the area of sunken slab and the depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured.

Providing and applying of controlled swellable type water stop bar, of approximate size 20mm x 10mm, non-bentonite type (expansive nature) of approved make for construction joints treatment of RCC structure, such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc. For provision of swellable bar, contractor shall provide shear key in wall and raft. After cleaning the shear key, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint as per manufacturer specification. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop bar shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage. Size of swellable bar shall be as per manufacturer’s recommendation and as per approved system by Engineer-in-charge.

Podium water proofing Providing and applying 2 component Root-Resistant hybrid Polyurea water proofing system over a thoroughly prepared surface of basement podium slab, top slab of tunnel/ under ground structure etc, cleaned mechanically, to remove all laitance by mechanical grinding, treatment of cracks and honey combing by suitable method etc. The suitable compatible primer for the polyurea system shall be applied earlier to reach a tack-free state. Then application of 2 component Polyurea in two or more layers that is quick / fast Setting, that is elastomeric waterproof, spray applied to achieve DFT recommended by manufacturer (minimum 1.5 mm) by spray application with a high-pressure, heated two component, spray proportioning equipment. The proportioning equipment utilized must be capable of supplying correct pressure and heat for the appropriate hose length on a consistent basis. The Polyurea coating system must deliver the following properties: Solids by Volume shall be 100%, Tensile strength ASTM D412 10 MPa, Tear Resistance ASTM D624C shall be minimum 50 N/mm, Elongation ASTM D412 400%. The polyurea coating shall be applied over podium slab with vertical wall minimum 300 mm in height, after surface preparation. Supplying and applying protective geo textile fabric of 200 gsm over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 100 mm. Over the geotextile fabric, concrete screed with saw cut and groove shall be provided in desired slope, which shall be paid under relevant tender item. Providing & placing polypropylene HDPE dimpled drain board (with inbuilt geo textile drainage membrane of 100 gsm at top), with minimum overlap of 100 mm, based on soil characteristics and height of soil overburden. Cost includes all materials, labour, T&P, wastage etc. as mentioned in the item except cost of protective concrete screed.Applied area of Polyurea coating as per approved methodology (horizontal and vertical) shall be measured for payment without any overlaps.

Terrace water proofing Providing and laying conventional (India Type) cement based brickbat coba water proofing treatment average 115mm thick and minimum thickness at khurra/ channel as 65 mm including preparation of surface as required for treatment on roofs, balconies, terraces etc. at all floors consisting of following operations and furnishing a guarantee bond in prescribe format of 10 years on Rs.100.00 stamp paper between main contractor, client and approved water proofing agency. 1) Cleaning and applying a cement slurry at the rate 2.75 Kg per sqm mixed with water proofing compound as manufacture's specification as directed by engineer-in-charge over the slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including testing the surface, grouting the cracks if leakage is found before the treatment . 2) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ brick bats 25 mm to 115mm size with maximum 50% of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 in minimum 20 mm thick layer of beading cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. 3) After three days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry at the rate 2.75 Kg per sqm admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally Finishing the surface to make wired finish/ trowel finish with average 12-20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. 4) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Only plan area shall be measured, vata shall not be measured separately and paid for.)

Providing & laying china mosaic flooring for plain and curved surfaces, comprising of 20 to 25 mm size broken white/ colour pieces of ceramic/glazed tiles laid over 12 to 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) bedding including applying cement slurry at the rate of 2.75 kg per sqm on plain or sloped surfaces with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with white cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6mm, mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The flooring shall be tampered with wooden rammer not exceeding 2 Kg in weight to bring the mortar up to the surface, including rounding of the junctions and extending them upto 15 cm. along the parapet wall. The rate shall include bands, if different colour is used, any pattern or design as per drawing and direction, making vata/ fillet, curing, cleaning with water and oxalic acid, etc. complete. Only Plan area shall be measured for payment.

Note:- 1) All natural stones shall be free from cracks, lines, stains, white spots of efflorescence and even in shade for all kind of stone work. 2) All natural stones shall be selected and sorted for uniform colour, figure and thickness and approved by Engineer-in-charge prior to procurement. 3) All natural stones shall be from same lot and/ or source (stone quarry) for same kind of work to avoid shade variation and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 4) All type of loose and laid sample of flooring shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. 5) Contractor shall apply approved Stone Impregnation primer/ sealer coat on both sides and all edges (after cutting and finishing the stone as per size) of stones in minimum two coat as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. No extra shall be paid for the same. 6) Contractor shall co-ordinate and execute for all services in flooring and wall lining/ cladding work i.e. making openings/ cut-outs for any services (i.e. elevator operating panel in lift wall cladding, race way in flooring, junction box etc), and making good as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 7) All stone shall be cut to size with help of with water jet cutting/ lacer cut/ CNC machine according to the design and shape for best workmanship etc according to deasign as per approved shop drawing. 8) All adhesives and sealants shall be compitible with material as per IS 15477 and as per manufacturer's specification and with low VOC and lead free with acceptable VOC content. 9) Finished floor surfaces shall be protect with 12mm thick POP sheet over a LDPE sheet up till handling over the project. Tread of stair shall be protecting with metal/ plywood angle so avoid the damage the edges of tread. POP shall not directly (or with use of paper) apply on flooring. 10) Screed below flooring/ base mortar thickness shall be as per drawing. In case of any type of stone/ tile shall be fixed with adhesive and total thickness of base mortar/ screed shall be paid in relevant tender items. 11) All stone shall be factory cut and factory finished. Providing and laying 18mm thick Italian Marble stone any shade (uniform), any size and any shape for flooring in required design and patterns as per the drawings, laid over existing bedding (cement mortar bedding), fixed with minimum 6mm thick high performance, polymer modified, non-slip, compatible white adhesive (IS-15477) of approved make, and jointed (paper joint) with white cement and matching pigment including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Italian Marble shall be laid in required pattern to match the natural grains and as per design intent. Rate shall be inclusive of Italian marble stone (as per approved sample), adhesive for fixing, white cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc complete but excluding cement mortar bedding which shall be payable under relevant item.

Providing and laying superior quality 18mm thick Italian Marble stone of any shade (uniform), any size and any shape in cladding, dado, skirting and pillars laid in any pattern over white cement mortar plaster / backing coat (levelled surface) fixed with minimum 6mm thick high performance, polymer modified, non-slip, compatible white adhesive (IS-15477) of approved make and jointed (paper joint) with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, curing, finishing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding, wastage and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Exposed edge of marble stone shall be with pencil cornered and polished same as slab. Rate shall be inclusive of marble stone (as per approved sample), adhesive for fixing, white cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc. all complete but excluding white cement mortar plaster / backing coat which shall be payable under relevant item.

Extra for ornamental/ Intricate inlay flooring (With cutting of base stone as per design, not in full depth) Extra for Providing & laying ornamental/ Intricate Inlay designer flooring on base of marble flooring with specified inlay pattern/ border with different required shade of marble, sand stone, lime stone, Granite or other specified material per design. Inlay pattern shall be done with CNC cutting machine/ laser cutting/ manual or by any means as per concept image or drawing and as suggested by engineer in charge. Contactor shall prepare shop drawing base on concept drawing or image and get it approved. Contractor shall prepared mock-up as per approved shop drawing and suggested by Architect. Inlay : Providing and laying inlay pattern with specified stone over base stone flooring stone as per approved shop drawing and approved sample. Base stone and inlay marble shall be cut with CNC cutting machine/ hand cutting and making pattern as per approved shop drawing. Inlay shall be fixed with suitable adhesive on existing base flooring. The thickness of inlay material shall be of required thickness of base stone. While applying the adhesive for marble or other stone inlay, color of marble or other stone shall not get varied. After completion of laying of base and inlay, contractor shall finish entire floor (as specified) as per satisfaction of Architect and Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of inlay material, labor, adhesive, wastage, curing, polishing, cleaning with water jet, finishing, etc complete for all floor level and as directed by engineer in charge. Base stone flooring shall be paid in relevant tender item. Out to out dimension/ area of inlay work shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in any sizes with minimum 9 mm thickness (superior quality, full body, homogeneous tiles) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in any colours, shades, finish (anti skid/ satin/ polished etc) for flooring in required design and patterns as per the drawings, laid over average 40 mm thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointed with groove or without groove with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including cleaning and curing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of vitrified tile (as per approved sample), fixed with cement mortar bedding, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc complete but excluding filling with epoxy grout which shall be payable under relevant item.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in any sizes with minimum 9 mm thickness (superior quality, full body, homogeneous tiles), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours, shade and finish (satin/ polished etc) in wall tile/ dado, riser of steps, skirting and pillars laid in any pattern over any type of levelled surface, in any pattern with suitable cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477of approved make and jointed with groove or without groove with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including providing 6 to 10mm wide groove between wall tiles and plaster edge treatment, rubbing, curing, finishing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding and wastage etc. all complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Length of tiles for dado shall be as per design to match the joint and pattern. Shade of dado must be match with flooring stone/tiles or as per approved shade. Rate shall be inclusive of vitrified tile (as per approved sample), adhesive for fixing, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc complete but excluding filling with epoxy grout which shall be payable under relevant item.

Extra for Providing and Grouting the joints of any type of tile in flooring/ wall tiles of any size as specified having joints of up to 5 mm width in total thickness, using epoxy grout of approved make and shade including PVC spacer, filling/ grouting, protecting tile, abro-tap and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for Providing and Grouting the joints of any type of stone of any size in flooring/ wall as specified having joints of up to 5 mm width in total thickness, using epoxy grout of approved make and shade including PVC spacer, filling/ grouting, protecting tile, abro-tap and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles 6 to 8 mm thick in floor and wall of water tank or similar laid on plastered wall with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including finishing of joints, provision of groove of 3 to 5 mm, curing, grouting of joints etc. complete for all floors any heights/ depth, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Backing coat plaster/ screed and grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample shall be approved before execution.

Concrete flooring: Providing and laying C.C. flooring of mix M-25 with ready mixed/ batch mixed concrete from batching plant with required finish (broom/ smooth finish). The ready mixed concrete shall be casted in panel and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with machine, pumping from transit mixer to site of laying etc. complete as per specifications, for all heights and lifts and directions of Engineer in charge. If concrete flooring shall be laid over on existing concrete surface, bonding agent shall be applied before laying of concrete. Reinforcement if required shall be paid in relevant tender item. The rate shall include cutting of grooves and filling them with poly sulphide sealant and baker rod.

Cement concrete pavement/ flooring/ for additional floor screed with M10 grade, including spreading as per gradient, levelling and finishing complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Floor bedding : Providing and laying cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for additional thickness below flooring item required for gradient and as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge including spreading as per gradient, levelling, finishing, curing etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying white cement mortar 1:3:2 (1 white cement : 3 coarse sand : 2 marble dust) for additional thickness below marble flooring and behind white marble wall dado/ lining work (if required) as directed by engineer in charge including spreading as per gradient, levelling, finishing, curing etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Vinyl flooring Providing and fixing vinyl flooring of 2mm thick 100% recycled PVC flexible homogeneous and monolayer in construction of weight minimum 2600 g/m2 and should be manufactured by calendering and pressing process of size 2mt x 20mt in approved pattern, to ensure a dense, smooth surface and non-directional design, color dyed as a raw mixture to ensure even color throughout the thickness and its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance with Anti-bacterial and Fungicidal properties. The flooring shall incorporate a specially formulated Polyurethane reinforcement (PUR+) Iodine stain free - UV Protected (No bacterial growth). Surface Treatment having wear resistance of ≤ 4.0mm3 as per EN 660.2 and Wear Group T as per EN-649 and should have a residual indentation of −0.03mm confirming to EN-433. The laid flooring shall confirm the fire rating B1 class as per EN 13501-1. It should have low VOC contain as TVOC after 28 days 10 µg/m3 as per ISO 16000-6. The floor finish should terminate at the room perimeter passing over a concealed cove former and continuing up the wall for 100mm. The joints in the flooring should be sealed by using a PVC welding bar of matching colour to be supplied by the manufacturer, using a hot air gun for fusion of welding bar with flooring. The laid flooring shall confirm fire rating Bfl-s1 class as per EN 13501-1. The vinyl sheet shall be laid on existing leveled surface and fixed with water based adhesive of approved make as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include cost of surface preparation, all materials, wastages and labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights. Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution.

Providing and applying anti-skid car park flooring system of approved make and shade (single/ combination of shade and texture) for parking, drive way and ramp area to sound, moisture free concrete after proper surface preparation to make it free from loose concrete, dust, dirt, laitance, oil and grease etc., carry out repairs of cracks and dents on the floor (if any) using suitable epoxy putty or repair mortar, application and epoxy penetrating primer with blind primer coat with anti-slip grains as per manufacturer specification. After primer application, Intermediate coat of PU base car deck flooring system having Elongation of 300 % (ASTM D412), Tensile Strength – 4 N/mm2 (ASTM D 412), Tear Resistance (ASTM D624) – 15 N/mm, coverage @ 0.2-0.5 ltr/m2 using short hair lambs wool roller and finally application of wear course of PU car deck system as per manufacturer specification. After final coat, marking for lane, direction, parking allocation, symbols etc shall be carried out as per manufacturer specification and as per required. Rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation, crack repairs, primer, two coat with anti slip grains and lane marking, symbols, text, numbers as per car parking layout etc for all floor all level. Contractor shall submit shop drawing and get approved by Engineer in charge before application.

Providing roughened strip 2.5 cm wide to form antiskid surface on treads of stairs in any type of stone including forming straight deep curved gishi (groove), 6 mm wide & 4 mm deep on two sides of the roughened strip, etching/ blasting/ hammering/ chiselling between two groove, polishing the edges, sides and bottom of gishi etc. complete as per sample approved. Only one time length of tread of stair shall be measured for payment. All process for roughen strip shall be done at process unit/ work shop only.

Tile Trim Providing and fixing aluminium tile trim of approved make, shape, finish (minimum 20 micron anodized finish or min 50 mm thick polyester powder coating of approved shade) of size 8mm to 10mm with approximate 20mm to 25mm wide flange (with hole for screwing) for fixing with wall and 1.5 mm thickness including cutting in required length and fixing with adhesive and/ or SS 304 grade screw etc complete for all floor, all level as directed by Engineer In-charge. Sample shall be got approved before execution. Shade shall be matched with tile or as per approved by Engineer-in Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of adhesive screws etc.

Tile Trim Providing and fixing aluminium tile trim of approved make, shape, finish (minimum 20 micron anodized finish or min 50 mm thick polyester powder coating of approved shade) of size upto 20mm with approximate 20mm to 25mm wide flange (with hole for screwing) for fixing with wall and 1.5 mm thickness including cutting in required length and fixing with adhesive and/ or SS 304 grade screw etc complete for all floor, all level as directed by Engineer In-charge. Sample shall be got approved before execution. Shade shall be matched with tile or as per approved by Engineer-in Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of adhesive screws etc.

Threshold Providing and fixing aluminium threshold of approved make, shape, finish (minimum 20 micron anodized finish of approved shade or min 50 mm thick polyester powder coating) of approximate size 10mm with 1.5mm thick between two different flooring (compatible with Vinayle/wooden/stone/tile flooring) including cutting in required length and fixing with adhesive, double side tape and/or SS 304 grade screw etc complete for all floor, all level as directed by Engineer In-charge. Sample shall be got approved by Engineer-in Charge before execution. Rate shall be inclusive of adhesive, screws, double side tape etc.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, both side polished, premoulded and pre-polished, machine cut Granite of any size, any shape, any shade for urinal partition and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture fixed with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, including curing, rounded edges, champhering and edge mirror polishing etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge. single side plan area of urinal partition shall be measured for payment. If required, metal framing/ supports shall be paid in relevant tender items.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and pre-polished, machine cut Granite of any size, any shape, any shade for vanity/ wash basin counters, and fascias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid with 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) where required, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including all making holes & cutouts for SS sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap, rubbing, curing, rounded edges, champhering and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All exposed edges of granite shall be rounded in uniform thickness and polished. Plan area of counter and elevation area of facia shall be measured for payment. If required, metal framing/ supports shall be paid in relevant tender items.

Sandwich Platform Providing & laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side polish Granite of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:4) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top in CM (1:4) at bottom, and 50mm high kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of all making holes & cutouts for SS sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap etc. as directed by engineer in charge but fixtures shall be paid in relevant tender items.Only plan area of platform shall be measured for payment

Wall Guard at bottom level Providing and fixing polyamide vinyl wall guard having vinyl snap on cover (lead free) and rubber spacer of 2mm thickness each to absorb the shocks and aluminum retainer of 2mm thickness that shall be fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum. Dimensions to be of 100mm height x 20mm depth. The polyamide vinyl profile shall resist an impact of 30.2 ft-lbs/inch as per ASTM D-256-90b and shall not support fungal or bacterial growth. Polyamide Vinyl Snap on cover of 2mm thickness shall be extruded from chemical and stain resistant poly vinyl chloride with the addition of impact modifiers. The system shall also conform to class B1 fire rating, chemical and stain resistance. Rate shall be inclusive of all required accessories like corner piece etc complete

Wall Guard at upper level Providing and fixing handrail of having vinyl snapon cover (lead free) of 2mm thickness and aluminum retainer of 2mm thickness that shall be fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum. Dimensions to be of 145mm height x 85mm width and 38 mm gripping diameter. The system shall resist an impact of 45.5 ft-lbs as per ASTM F-476-84. The polyamide vinyl shall not support fungal or bacterial growth. Polyamide Vinyl Snap on cover of .080" (2mm) thickness shall be extruded from chemical and stain resistant polyvinyl chloride with the addition of impact modifiers. The system shall also conform to class B1 fire rating, chemical and stain resistance.

Corner Guard (internal area) Providing and fixing corner guard having vinyl snap-on cover (lead free) of 2mm thickness and aluminum retainer of minimum 1.4mm thickness that shall be fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum. Dimensions to be of 76mm x 76mm wings and 90 degrees angle. The polyamide vinyl profile shall resist an impact of 30.2 ft-lbs/inch as per ASTM D-256-90b and shall not support fungal or bacterial growth. Polyamide Vinyl Snap on cover of .080" (2mm) thickness shall be extruded from chemical and stain resistant polyvinyl chloride with the addition of impact modifiers. The system shall also conform to class B1 fire rating ,chemical and stain resistance.

Note - 1. All adhesives, sealants & paint shall be with low VOC with acceptable VOC content as per GRIHA requirements and lead free. 2. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing base on concept design/ drawing for any type of fabrication work and get approved. Contractor shall prepare mock-up/ prototype (as suggested) as per approved shop drawing for approval. Work shall be carried out as per approved shop drawing, approved mock-up/ prototype and as suggested by Engineer in charge. 3. Rate shall be for all floor, all level all height. 4. The rate shall include cost of all types of fasteners (ETA approved) to be used for fixing. 5. Structural stability shall be responsibility of contractor for all kind of metal work. 6. All elements shall be factory fabricated and finished, only final finishing to be made on site with all precautions. 7. Contractor shall coordinate all services work (cut-outs and provisions) in metal work. All cut-out and services provisions shall be finished at factory/ work shop. 8. contractor shall provide PVC/ nylon seprator, where two different metals connect to avoid galvanic reactions. METAL WORK Providing, fabricating, assembling, hoisting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel work at all heights/ all levels/ all shapes & sizes by any means with all leads & lifts using any type of MS section like rolled steel sections, hollow sections, plates, chequered plates, bar, sheet, rod, threaded bolt etc. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the metal elements i.e. railings, signage pole, gates, screen wall, roofing structure, truss, commercial pole, grills, bracings, foundation plate & bolt, platforms, brackets, fencing pole, supports for false ceiling work, trap door, any type of services and medical electrical elements etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, bolting and welding the members all as per structural drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including profile cutting, smooth grinding, machining of edges/ faces, necessary welding (electric arc welding) for required weld lengths and sizes, machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring; necessary arrangements of templates to keep the foundation bolts in position dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rust-free surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, necessary scaffolding/ staging, anchor fasteners for fixing etc complete. Contractor shop/ fabrication prepare shop drawing and get approved. The fabrication work shall start only after approval of the fabrication drawings. Fabrication shall be in a perfect Architectural workmanship manner and as provided in Section V & VI of IS 800 & IS 7215. The rate shall include for applying (on all surfaces of MS member) two or more coats PU paint (DFT min 40 micron per coat) of approved make and shade over two coat (DFT min 50 micron per coat) of anti corrosive epoxy base primer, as per approved make and manufacturer's specification, anchor fastener and other required acessories etc all complete.

SS modular system railing Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Railing and baluster modular system of approved make stair railing, hand rail, bump rail, guard rail or similar with knock down system in liner or curveliner shape made of Hollow or solid section i.e. tubes, square, flat, plates, bar etc with base plate, cover cap, finishing accessories, in-filled holding brackets, fixing accessories etc. for any type of design, shape (plain/ curvature), size and finish as per drawing. Railing shall be top mounted or side/ wall mounted. Railing shall be fixed with SS 304 grade anchor fastener of required size and as per fixing position of approved make. Any kind of welding or fabrication shall not be allowed on site. Sample shall be approved before execution. Contractor shall submit the shop drawing base on concept drawing and as per site measurement. As per approved shop drawing, contractor shall arrange mock up of railing system (2 or 3 no) in required length as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall protect railing system up till handling over the project. Rate shall be inclusive of fixing accessories and all type fasteners but for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for framing of cladding work, wall panelling, partition, false ceiling work, or any other interior work with extruded any type of built up sections/ bracket/ other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. All aluminum member shall be anodized finished of approved make and shade (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). The aluminum frame shall be fixed with adjustable aluminum member and SS 316 nuts, bolts and washer. The aluminum quality shall be as per grade 6063 T6 and BS 1474. Framing system shall be as per approved shop drawing. Framing shall be fixed with RCC/ masonry work or other metal work with required size and type of anchor fastener of approved make. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required. Rate shall be inclusive of all of all heights & levels, all kind of anchor fastener, screw, accessories and consumable. Only weight (by theoretical means) of installed aluminum member for cladding, wall panelling, ceiling or any type interior work shall be paid in Kg. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing (which is part of cladding/ panelling/ ceiling work etc.) for approval before execution.

Note : 1) Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing/ design for all false ceiling, panelling and partition work co-ordinate with services and get approved by Engineer in charge before execution of work. 2) All veneer and wood shall be FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) & Green Guard Certified. 3) All Manufactured products shall be with at least 5% recycled content. 4) Sample of all loose material and mock-up shall be approved by Engineer in charge. 5) Any wood / wood base material / plywood / MDF Board shall be treated with antitermite treatment as per relevant IS before use. Rates are inclusive of anti-termite treatment of all such members. 6) Contractor shall co-ordinate for all services in wall panelling/ ceiling work i.e. making openings for light fittings, switch board, electrical points, grills, diffusers, cut-outs for any services, provision of addition framing member for strengthen, making good as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 7) All elements shall be factory fabricated and finished, only final finishing to be made on site with all precautions. 8) Contractor shall cordinate all services work (cutouts and provisions) in all type of wall panelling, false ceiling, partition, pelmet and other interior work. All cutout and services provisions shall be finished at factory/ work shop. 9)Rate shall be for all floor, all level all height for all elements in any shape, any size. CEILING & WALL PANELLING WORK Providing and fixing 9 mm thick ply BWP grade (IS – 710) of approved make having, density minimum 600 Kg/m3, emission levels as per E-1 formaldehyde, for any type of door-window and interior work (i.e. wall cladding, ceiling work, on flush door shutter, pelmet,access panel or similar location) in any design, any pattern, any shape with necessary screws, fastners etc for all height all level etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of 6mm thick peripherial beading of all around to ply (width of beading as per ply + finish surface) as per drawing along with necessary screw, nails etc. accesories. Veneer, laminate and any other finishes over ply surface shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick ply BWP grade (IS – 710) of approved make having, density minimum 600 Kg/m3, emission levels as per E-1 formaldehyde, for any type of door-window and interior work (i.e. wall cladding, ceiling work, on flush door shutter, pelmet,access panel or similar location) in any design, any pattern, any shape with necessary screws, fastners etc for all height all level etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of 6mm thick peripherial beading of all around to ply (width of beading as per ply + finish surface) as per drawing along with necessary screw, nails etc. accesories. Veneer, laminate and any other finishes over ply surface shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick ply BWP grade (IS – 710) of approved make having, density minimum 600 Kg/m3, emission levels as per E-1 formaldehyde, for any type of door-window and interior work (i.e. wall cladding, ceiling work, on flush door shutter, pelmet,access panel or similar location) in any design, any pattern, any shape with necessary screws, fastners etc for all height all level etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of 6mm thick peripherial beading of all around to ply (width of beading as per ply + finish surface) as per drawing along with necessary screw, nails etc. accesories. Veneer, laminate and any other finishes over ply surface shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing and fixing decorative high pressure 1.0 mm thick standard laminates (factory pressed with door shutter or plywood) in plain/ wood grain in gloss/ matt/ suede/ satin finish of approved make and shade with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Laminate shall be applied on door shutter, wall panelling, ceiling, pelmet or any interior work in any design, any pattern, any shape, any size etc as per drawing. Sample shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before execution.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick one side decorative veneer (factory pressed with door shutter or plywood) conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for lining/ cladding/ ceiling work/ on flush door shutter/ pelmet or any interior work in any design, any pattern, any shape, any size etc as per drawing with necessary screws, adhesive including priming coat on unexposed surface.Veneer shall be applied with use of adhesive of approved quality & make. The veneer shall have minimum 0.3 mm thick slice (of natural veneer) and back up ply BWP grade (IS – 710) with density 650 Kg/Cum. Veneer shall be fixed with or without groove as per drawing. Sample shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for False ceiling work 1. Points to be taken care of by contractor before selecting a manufacturer from approved make list • Board/ tiles/ panel, grid system, suspension system and all accessories shall be from a single vendor and from the same make, as approved in the tender. 2. Points to be taken care of by contractor before installation • Contractor shall collate all services drawings from different installers and prepare a clash free shop drawing as per RCP submitted by Architect with all services integration viz a viz HVAC, FFTG, PLUMBING, ELE, ELV & any other services planned and part of design. • The methodology statement for execution of all services coordinated with ceiling execution shall be submitted by Contractor and approved by Engineer incharge and Architect before commencing execution work at site. • Quality check and sequence of execution along with relevant documentation to be ensured by the concerned on site project team for inspection and quality checks. • Installation to be carried out by an approved and certified installer of manufacturer. Contractor to submit manufacturer approved certificate of installer to Engineer in charge and architect before commencing work. 3. Points to be taken care of during installation • False ceiling work to be strictly supervised by manufacturer for alignment, line & level and overall quality of installation and contractor to strictly follow approved methodology statement. • False ceiling suspension work shall be strictly from mother slab and not from any other services suspension members. • Trap door to be fixed in line & level with false ceiling, with separate suspension system from mother slab, not with false ceiling member. Groves around trap doors should be uniform on all sides. • All service equipment & light fixtures, curtains etc to be fixed with a separate suspension system from mother slab, not on ceiling tile, or with false ceiling member. • In gypsum ceiling, contractor shall provide perimeter channel at periphery of all services cutout for strengthening the system. All cutout in board shall be finished with tape, angle skimming coat etc as per manufacturer's specification. • If required, additional supports to be provided for fixing the false ceiling (in case of special shape, more height etc). • In case the height of suspension system is more than recommended by manufacturer, separate MS work to be provided from mother slab and false ceiling to be suspended from MS work. Design and shop drawing for MS fabrication work and connections with structure members shall be submitted by contractor for approval by Engineer-in-charge. MS frame work to be designed to accommodate other services if required to be submitted on the same frame. Such MS frame work shall be paid under relevant tender item. • Length of suspension system to be checked. If more than recommended by manufacturer, additional metal member to be provided. • Sequence of execution of different services to be aligned with RCP to avoid any rework. • Movement joints/ groove to be provided in board or grid ceiling system in large span area. 4. Points to be taken care of post execution • Warranty for false ceiling system to be provided by installer & manufacturer to ensure that work is completed as per specification (material and workmanship) and methodology statement. • Completion certificate to be provided by installer & to be signed and verified by manufacturer with respect to tender specifications and approved shop drawing. • All test reports and simulation reports are to be submitted by the contractor for performance. 5. General Notes • Contractor to quote the rate considering all points mentioned in the specifications. False Ceiling work Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 150 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification. In ceiling, drop down patta of any width shall be measured and paid. Rate shall also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of putty and painting. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Engineer in charge. Measurements shall be wall to wall (plan area) and drop down patta without any deductions for lights, diffusers, columns etc. Nothing extra shall be paid for making provisions for providing light, diffusers, AC grill, fire alarm, sprinkler system and other such fittings. 12.5 mm thick Fire resistant Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) Boards (Confirming to BS476) complying to IS: 2095 : 2011

b) Perforated Gypsum having micro perforation Fully Perforated Gypsum Plaster Board of size 1200 x 2400x12.5 mm having approx. 15% perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineerin- charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60

Aluminum Open Cell ceiling Providing and fixing open/ linear cell ceiling of approved make and manufactured from Aluminium minimum 0.35mm polyester powder coated/ PVDF colour coated coils of approved shade. The assembled cell ceiling panels shall be in size of 600 x 600mm/ 600 x 1200mm comprising blade having minimum 10mm in width and minimum 35mm in depth for open cell size 75mm to 100mm x 75mm to 100mm. The tile shall be laid on Grid system with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour (matching to tile colour) having double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). OR The assembled cell ceiling panels shall be clipped into U carriers, coated in black enamelled finished at 1200mm c/c. Wire clips shall hold the cell ceiling panels into the U carriers. Additional Cross bracings shall be installed at max 3000mm distance. The whole ceiling shall be suspended by M6 threaded rods installed at 1200mm c.c. All panel modules must be fully hinge-able through wire clips. The open cell ceiling along with suspension system used together shall carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defect and manufacturer shall provide a warranty certificate. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall made all services provisions for providing light, diffusers, AC grill, fire alarm, sprinkler system etc at factory and machine cut only as per manufacturer's recomendation. Out to out plan area of aluminium open cell ceiling system shall be considered for payment without any deductions of cell of ceiling plank, for lights, diffusers, columns etc. The rate includes all above material and labour as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Providing & fixing suspended vertical linear baffle ceiling for all height made out of min 0.6mm powder coated roll formed aluminium U shape baffle in Aluminium alloy grade AA 3105. The baffle blade shall be in size of 150 x 50 x minimum 3000mm (except at openable portion and residue) in powder coated to Plain finish of approved shade with centre to centre spacing 100 to 150 mm. The baffle shall be electro statically polyester powder coated to a coating thickness of 60-80 micron. The baffle blade shall be suspended using slotted U-profile of required size and length (as per baffle length) having slots, torsion spring, baffle hanger, splice, threaded rod etc. Longer lengths of baffle to be connected by baffle Joiner and the ends to be fixed with end caps. Each hanger to be secured into position by inserting the locking clip or other approved method. For opening of baffle, locking clip or torsion spring shall be provided as per manufacturer's specification. Baffles blades are to be connected at ends with baffle Joiner, which are inserted into the top and bottom slots of the Baffle closed profile for alignment only. Total suspension system and installation method shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Installation shall be carried out by approved installer and as per manufacturer recommended procedure. The Baffle along with suspension system used together shall carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defect and manufacturer shall provide a warranty certificate. The supply shall be backed by a Manufacturing Test Certificate. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess of baffle. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Measurements shall be wall to wall without any deductions for lights, diffusers, columns etc. Nothing extra shall be paid for making provisions for providing light, diffusers, AC grill, fire alarm, sprinkler system and other such fittings.

WPC board Ceiling with paint finish Providing and fixing 12mm thick WPC board false ceiling with aluminium framing system along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centers. False ceiling shall be partly openable and parlty fixed. For fixed part, WPC board shall be fixed on framing system with suitable screw and joint filling material for all floors/ any height/ any levels as directed by Engineer in Charge. Work shall be carried out as per approved sample, Mock-up and shop drawing including all material and labour. Actual area of ceiling shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick plain Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 (High pressure steam cured) of approved make for partition (required for HVAC and other services work), and other similar location etc. fixed on existing frame work with suitable screws etc. complete for all height, all level as directed by engineer in charge. Installed area of cement fiber board shall be measured for payment. (frame work to be paid separately in relevant tender item).

Providing and fixing ready made powder coated Access panel/ trap door of approved make of required size as per drawing including aluminum outer and inner frame, door, push latch, safety cable, removable hinge, intermediate and perimeter channel etc for all floor, all height etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Tile/board of access panel shall be matched with false ceiling board. Contractor shall submit the technical data sheet of product regarding loading capacity to engineer in charge. Loose and fixed sample/ mock-up of access panel shall be approved by engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess based on concept design including fixing arrangement, services and prepare mock-up of required area. As per approved shop drawing and mock-up, contractor shall start the work. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall provide and execute all services provisions, fixing arrangement for providing light, diffusers, AC grill, fire alarm, sprinkler system etc at factory and machine cut only as per manufacturer's recomendation. Access panel system shall be fixed on any type of surface i.e. RCC, metal work etc) with required capacity of anchorage as per manufacturer's specification. Contractor shall provide fixing arrangement with adjoining false ceiling and bottom of slab. Stability of access panel system shall be responsibility of contractor. Out to out dimension including frame shall be measured for payment in Sqm.

Roofing Work Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets at all level (any size, any color, any shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)as per approved make with total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. contractor shall necessary prepare shop drawings with necessary structural detail and services coordination for approval of engineer incharge befor execution of work.

Providing and fixing 2 hr fire rated 122mm thick double layered dry wall partition system of approved make which includes (on both faces/ elevations) inner layer of tapered edge minimum 12.5mm thick Fire Resistant Gypsum Board having density minimum 790 kg/m3 (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011/ EN520::2004, TYPE-F/ ASTM C1396, TYPE X) and outer layer of tapered edge 12.5mm thick calcium sulphate dihydrate encased in high gsm paper liners with glass fibers and other additives for enhanced the fire, acoustics and impact performance, third party EPD Verified as per ISO 14025, having minimum density 900 kg/m3, with maximum allowable point load on single board 25 kg to 30kg without any ply backing, complies with BS EN 520:2004 – Type A, F, D, R, I, Thermal Conductivity: 0.24 w/mºK, Thermal resistance: 0.05 m2K/w. Framing system - GI framing system consists of Close stud/ C stud of size approximate 70 x34x36x 0.5mm confirming to IS 513 having Y/S-minimum 230 Mpa, and Finish - AZ150 (IS 15961). Stud shall be placed at 600mm c/c in 72x32x32x0.5mm (approx.) floor channel and 72X32x32x0.5 mm ceiling channel. Floor & Ceiling channel is anchored to the floor & ceiling using zinc coated Rawl plug of size Ø8x45mm and having Pull out Load -7.5 kN/ anchor fasteners of required capacity as per manufacturer's specification at 600mm c/c. Floor channel to be wrapped with 70µ Self Adhesive LDPE moisture barrier film to further improve corrosion resistance performance. Noggin channel of 70x40x0.5mm has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards and top of the board in case the top is not going up to the ceiling channel. All frame members shall be connected to each other by using metal screws. 50mm Rock wool slab of density 24kg/m³ shall be placed in metal framework. Glass wool holding clip should be used to hold Glass wool slab in its position. Gypsum boards shall be fixed with drywall screws of 25mm/ 35mm at minimum spacing of 300mm at centre and 150mm at periphery. Boards shall be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape, angle beads at corners. The junction of the partition with masonry/ RCC & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with fire and acoustic sealant of approved make. In case surface/member is not available abutting the door syustem for fixing, contractor shall design and propose, a sub-system/MS frame for fixing arrangement as per manufacturer's recommendation. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing including fixing arrangement, services and prepare mock-up of required area. As per approved shop drawing and mock-up, contractor shall start the work. Contractor shall furnish certification of entire system for STC 48 and 120 minutes Fire rating. Dry wall system shall be fixed on any type of surface i.e. masonry, RCC, dry wall system, metal work etc) with required capacity of anchorage as per manufacturer's specification. Stability of door and partition system shall be responsibility of contractor. Contractor shall provide fixing arrangement for all elements, which to be fixed in dry wall system. Rate shall be included for the cost of making openings for light fittings, switch board, any other services cut-outs made with frame of perimeter member suitably fixed etc complete for all level all height and as directed by the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting work. All Openings cut outs & periphery shall be treated with Fire & acoustical sealant. Contractor shall be cut first layer of gypsum board for provision of skirting and, additional board shall be provide and top layer to be cut properly as per skirting detail. At the location of door frame in dry wall system, wooden member shall be fixed of required size and as per manufacturer's specification. Skirting and wooden work shall be paid in relevant tender items. Horizontal framing member shall be provided as per architectural requirement and as suggested by Engineer in charge. Out to out area of dry wall elevation on one side only shall be measured for payment after deducting for openings for doors/windows and service cut-outs of size more than 0.36 sqm etc, complete for all floors, all height. Any additional members, support members, fasteners, fixing details etc required to provided in designed dry wall system approved by Engineer-in-charge, shall also include in the rate of this item and nothing extra shall be payable for the same.

Providing and installing prepainted "Sandwich panels" for roofing, as per approved make with any size, color, shape etc. Panel skins shall be PPGL type, 35/250 profile sheet of SMP coated of 0.5 mm thickness (TCT) for external and SMP coated sheet of 0.50 mm thickness (TCT), light profiled, at the bottom with guard film on both sides. The insulation core shall be rigid PIR insulation of minimum density 40 Kgs/Cum and thickness of 50 mm minimum at the valley. The rate to include the cost of all necessary accessories like fasteners, washers, stitch rivets, laps sealant and fillers, gable and eaves flashing, using the same material as the panel skins, sealing laps with sealant and exposed ends protected, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and installing prepainted flat ridge sheet as per approved make with any size, color, shape etc with SMP coated of 0.5 mm thickness (TCT), of girth up to 610mm. The sheet shall be fully aligned with the roof slope. The rate to include the cost of all necessary accessories like fasteners, washers, stitch rivets, laps sealant and fillers, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Approved color and brand to be procured. actual installed area without considering wastage shall be measured for payment.sample shall be approved before mass execution. contractor shall necessary prepare shop drawings with necessary structural detail and services coordination for approval of engineer incharge befor execution of work.

Note:- 1) All adhesives, sealants & paint shall be water based, with low VOC with acceptable VOC content as per Green Building Norms requirements and lead free. 2) Paint shall be applied after thoroughly brushing the surfaces, free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter, preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth etc, after applying every coat of putty and primer complete. 3) Contractor shall furnish warranty paper, wherever applicable. 4) If necessary more coats shall be applied till the surface presents a uniform appearance without any extra cost. 5) Paint shall be applied with any means (i.e. brush, roller, spray etc) 6) Contractor shall prepare sample of minimum three shades as suggested by engineer in charge for approval. 7) The rate shall be applicable for all floor, all level, all height by any means of scaffolding. PAINT WORK Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the any surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content : Modified acrylic, water-based alkali resistant primer with having low VOC

Providing and applying premium acrylic emulsion paint (superior quality) of interior grade Two coats of interior grade premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and shade with highly washable, Anti fungal, anti bacterial, scratch resistant and scrub resistance property, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, on wall/ ceiling/ false ceiling/ partition etc including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with 100% Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with exterior primer for New work (Two or more coat including priming coat of exterior primer as per manufacturer's specification) of approved make and shade - Product having minimum 7 years warranty (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of required shade.

Providing and applying water based, low VOC, breathable and biodegradable, water, oil and stain repellent transparent fluorocarbon based coating with anti graffiti property on natural stone cladding (suitable product according to sand stone/ marble/ granite) and exposed RCC surface of approved make having fluoro carbon based nanotechnology at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 10 years. The look and feel of the natural stone surface shall not be affected by coating.

PU polish Providing and applying exterior grade water base Poly urethane (PU) clear matt finish/ glossy finish/ semi gloss finish polish of approved make and shade for external/ internal wooden & veneered surfaces. Polish work shall be carried out as following: 1) Surface preparation with sand papering with different grade of sand paper up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2) Base coat application with compatible wooden primer 3) Stainer coat application of approved shade (for polish with shade) 4) Minimum Three subsequent coat of PU polish followed by sand papering with fine sand paper. Polish application shall be for all floor all level all height as per manufacturer's specification and as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. Sample shall approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying external finish of average 2 to 2.5mm thick acrylic polymer based texture of approved make and pattern with standard tool and applicator as specified by manufacturer on exterior surfaces at all heights including scaffolding to give even shades including thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand paper smoothed etc. complete as per the manufacture specifications and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge/ Architect. The rate includes making of grooves, pattas and finishing as directed by Architect/ EIC. Paint shall be measured and paid in separate tender item. (Item should be executed by approved applicator only.)

Note - 1) Stones shall be free from cracks, lines, stains, white spots of efflorescence and even in shade for all kind of stone work. 2) Stones shall be selected and sorted for uniform colour, figure and thickness and approved by Engineer in charge prior to procurement. 3) Stone shall be from same lot and/ or source (stone quarry) for same kind of work and as approved by Engineer in charge. 4) Contractor shall apply Stone Impregnation primer/ sealer coat on back side and all edges (after cutting and finishing of the stone as per size) of stones of approved make. Stone Impregnation primer/ sealer coat shall be of water based with pH value 7 to 10 in minimum two coat as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. No extra shall be paid for the same. 5) Contractor shall prepare and submit shop drawing for all kind of stone work with sub base/ framing work/ fixing arrangement/ joinery with all required fasteners and get approval from Engineer in charge. 6) Mock up/ sample shall be prepared as per approved shop drawing and get approved by Engineer in charge before execution of work. 7) All adhesives and sealants shall be with low VOC and lead free with acceptable VOC content as per Green Building requirements. 8) Stone work shall be carried out for all floor, all level, all height, all places including loading, unloading, stacking, transporting, hoisting, erecting by any means (mechanical or manual). 9) All type of stones shall be cut to size with help of with water jet cutting/ laser cut/ CNC machine according to the design and shape for best workmanship as per shop drawing. 10) Granite shall be mirror polished/ flame finished/ sand blasted/ river wash finish or other as per specified. 11) All type of stone/ stone elements shall be factory cut and factory finished. Finish on any stone shall be as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge. If required, final finish/ touch-up shall be executed at site as per direction of Engineer in charge. 12) Structural stability of solid stone work shall be responsibility of contractor. 13) Contractor shall make necessary provision for any services cut-out/ other required provision, co-ordinate with all services work and making good etc complete. 14) All visible surfaces of stone shall be same finished. EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT WORK Box cutting in all kind of soil, or any other material to give proper slop and camber by any means for making a base for road work, walkway, etc including getting out the excavated material, and stacking material, dressing of the sides, and disposal of excavated earth for all lead within site area/ plot boundary, etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to required grade with required size of aggregate (respective as per grade) having CBR Value as per respective grade specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH clause 401 and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates of required sizes to wet mix macadam (WMM) in required thickness including premixing material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mix material by tippers to site for all lead and lift, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of required capacity to achieve the desired density etc complete as per MoRTH clause 406 and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Bituminous Concrete (Asphaltic Concrete) - Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant of grade VG30 producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per related MORTH specification clause No. i.e. 507, 509 etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Primer Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic paint (retro reflective) or graphic/ letter/ arrows etc of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on concrete/ tar road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Asphalt Painting Providing and laying Asphalt painting on B.T. surface with bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30) @ rate of 5 kg/ 10Sqm by Mechanical sprayer and spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/ 10Sqm and rolling with smooth wheeled and pneumatic roller and brushing etc. comp.
