The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 10,14,99,264.40) - Two similar completed works, costing not less than 60% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 15,22,48,896.60) - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 20,29,98,528.80) Additionally, the average annual financial turnover on construction works should be a minimum of 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 7,61,24,448.30, during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should have wide experience in Project Cell construction work, including specific works such as Installation of GRC, Doors & Windows, Laying of Roman roof tiles, Kota Stone work, and other miscellaneous works. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar class completed during the last seven years, including the name of work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, and dates of commencement and completion. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the Estimated cost. The corresponding amounts are Rs. 10,14,99,264.40, Rs. 15,22,48,896.60, and Rs. 20,29,98,528.80 respectively.
