Supplying skilled/artisan staff like welder,moulder,chipper,lutter,aligner,striker/hammerman & adequate Nos. of semiskilled and unskilled labour and supplying petrol @ 1.6 litres/joint for facilitating welding works on track by shifting the joint sleepers upto 30cm.(1'-0") on either side, providing suitable gap of about 23mm to 25mm.by pulling back of rail including removing keys,spikes and other fastenings as required and 21 refixing the same after welding,clearing the rail ends, fixing the the petrol tank and heating the rail, ends by railways/approved contractor's equipment and chipping the excess materials if required, bringing the shifted joint sleepers to the specific spacing & packing them to the required specification as directed including adjustment of required gaps for welding,aligning,levelling etc.complete including contractor's own files for filing after welding in running track.

"Painting two coat with black bituminous paint to weld collers (i.e., flash but weld as well as AT welds) on track / on cess on any rail section with anti-corrosive paint of reputed manufacturer conforming to 1 IS:9862/1981 specifications on the welded area up to 10cm on either side including on the under side of the rail foot as per Railway's At weld manual including surface preparation by way of wire brushing for removal of sand, dust, loose rust & mill seal and lattering / numbering of weld joints as directed with contractor's labour, materials, tools, plants, paints and brushes etc. including crossing of Railway lines, all lead, lift, transportation, taxes/charges leviable by the government etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge."

Fabrication of check rail by cutting flange of 90R/52/60 kg rail section upto specified height from 2 bottom of rail and providing necessary flair / bend as per drg. No.NRHQT/plan No.413/R4 or CE's drg. No.23897 including making suitable hole in the web of check rail for fixing by contractors tools, plants and labours etc. complete.

Manufacturing and supplying various Engineering Indicator Boards, fully retro reflective of high intensity grade made out of 2mm thick aluminum alloy sheet conforming to IS:736 with with 12 mm dia holes drilled for fixing of bolt and nut of 10 mm dia. The entire face of sign board shall be covered with yellow high intensity grade reflective encapsulated lence type sheeting processed with heat lamp vacum applicator machine. 3 The black letters, black, banded or any other black part of the front face shall be cut out of CAL FILM. The CAL FILM should be of make KIWACAL or SCOTCHACAL or HI-SCAL that can be detected from inscription of the release paper of the CAL FILM. The backside of sign plate including frame shall be painted with non peelable weather proof one coat of zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of grey stove enamel to IS. shade No.630 trench grey conforming to respective IS specification. Note: 1.0 Size & numbers of various Engineering boards shall be furnished by Engineer - In- Charge from time to time.

Greasing of Elastic Rail Clips on PSC sleepers with contractor's own grease confirming to IS:408 of reputed make, and labour etc. complete as per para 1411 (5) (b) of IRPWM. Greasing work includes cleaning of 4 ERC, metal liners, and contact surface or rail amd eyes of inserts, first with wire brush and subsequently with sand/emry paper and than cleaning of the above surface with soft brush and subsequently application of grease using soft brush. ERC should be correctly driven so that leg of clip is flush with the end face of the insert. Over driving or under driving of the ERC should not be done. Per Track

Abrasive Rail Cutter Disc Diameter 400 +5 mm -3mm, thickness 4+.25 mm (As per STM manual item 2.1.7) with all lead lift taxes and charges etc. complete.

Re-setting of precst concrete block at the level crossings by complete removing the existing 7 concrete blocks, leveling the surface using sand/moorum, compacting the bed before relaying the concrete block and refixing the precise concrete block in position and replacing the damaged/broken block, if any. The rate for supply of sand/moorum and additional concrete blocks, if any required, shall be paid separately under relevant item of SOR.

Cutting of rail with abrasive cutter with or without traffic block with contractors labour, tools and plants , patrols lead and lift and all charges complete.
