M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles 450 x 300x 7 mm thick as in Vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed or coloured cement to match etc complete over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for premium quality Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for premium quality Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in vertical surface i.e skirting, dadoes etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surfaces of ceilling etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surface to match with existing finish and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC for fixing hold fast shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n exc. 1.50 Sqm each incl taking out hold fast, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters (two numbers of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercials ply or 12 mm veneered particle board on both faces. The size of rails and size as per IS:1003 (Part-I), Kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Size of memebers of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) for doors, complete all as specified and directed

Solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M S square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing as per SSR Pt-II 2020, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification clause No 8B.1 to 8B.10 and drawing on page No 176 of MES SSR-2020 Part-II.
