Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :

Red sand stone - Exposed face machine cut and table rubbed with rough backing.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 150mm thick compacted of nature sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination to clause Morth & H specification conforming to clause 401 coarse grade grading-1 as per table 400.2 of Morth & H spec factions, including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of motor grade or adequate capacity maintain the required slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8-10 tone with the grade and cross fall camber to be checked and any high spot or depressing which become apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tool and plant, carriage of material from stack, templates, barries, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenace of diversion erc. Complete in all respect as per MORT & H specifications density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect in all the respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of PCC kerb size 300*300*100mm thick made of cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rate also includes the cost of fixing and pointing of joints between kerb with cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
