Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflection 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6) (DSR No.26.27.1)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS Certification marks) (DSR No.12.45.1)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. ( DSR No.13.26)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat. (DSR No.13.109.1)

Accoustic Doors:- Providing and fixing of accoustic double panneled doors with splayed/recessed joint in centre for entry by providing 12mm thick commercial ply on both side fixed on wooden frame of 2nd class hard wood bettens of size1½'' x 2'' having grid@ 2'-0'' C/C on both sides duly filled with providing and laying 50mm thick rock wool with 48kg density, packed with tissue paper to achieve NRC 0.7% (manufacturing test certificate is required at the time of billing ) and fixing of 4mm thick teak veneering with froove is to be fixed on both side of approved brand. The door shall have 2 Nos shutter on each side with folding arrangements and properly ecentrically tied with existing chowkhat during opening. The accoustical door shall be properly fixed with existing chowkhat with the help of 6 Nos SS hinges of size 5'' on both shutters and also hinges in center with sound sealing arrangements. The door shall have 2'-0'' size SS handles (4 nos each door) and 2'-0'' long SS tower bolts (2 nos each door) and (1 no sliding door bolt of size 300-450mm) complete fixed with help of nails. The door shall also includes the cost of PU polish including cost of filler and all hardware material of Stainless steel i.e locking arrangement, slidding bolts, towers bolts and handles complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing fire resistance stretch fabric of brand of nexzen, responce febric & Bhanswara approved shade and colour with back filled of 50mm thick rock wool with 48kg density, packed with tissue paper to achieve NRC 0.7% (manufacturing test certificate is required at the time of billing ) with the help of G.I. channels frame (Horizontal & vertical members) , 9mm thick ply with the 6" width and PVC grippers on the both side c/c 600mmx600mm and also including the cost of chicken mesh and making openings for light fitting, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick polished veneer over 9 mm thick commercial ply over USG Boral frame U Channel 50x50x0.55mm both side 2’-0” centre to centre (Horizontal & vertical) with back filled of 50mm thick rock wool with 48kg density, packed with tissue paper to achieve NRC 0.7% (manufacturing test certificate is required at the time of billing ) along with 12mm thick commercial ply & PVC grippers as per site including covered the Jamb for door & windows i.e upper, bottom sides & sills area by providing color matching sunmica over 12mm thick commercial ply as per site requirements. The rates also include the cost of all material and labour and lead and fit complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing computerized laser cutting to ply/board/veneer wherever required as per site requiement complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of glass panes /beading/ gasket in existing aluminium glazing windows complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear toughned glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked Aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% andconforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with greycement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cementand matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm (DSR 11.41.2)

Providing and Installation of 6mm thick PVC sheet flooring fixed with adhesive including proper lapping of joints & for sport use including skirting of approved make complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. (N.S.)

Providing and Fixing 5mm thick with bevelled edge looking glass fix with SS studs & screw on 6mm ply panelled surface of the lokking glass shall be duly polished, grinded with smooth edges complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In Charge.(N.S.)
