Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. ( non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse cum ( DSR 6.1.1)

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works as required ( DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing of MS flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6’-0” long and 2’3” high above ground level and 1’-0” below ground level welded with 02 no’s MS flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6’ from bottom and 10 nos MS square bars of 45 degree angle at 6’ center to center between the 2 nos horizontally MS flat 40x10 mm including the cost of 2nos 12mm dia nut and botls with 2 nos MS pipe of 19mm dia and 3’ long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter MS flat 50x12 mm shall be provided with 9” long anchorage piece of Ms flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1’-0”x0’-9”x1’-0”. The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one caot of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of MS flat gate having flat size 50x12 mm having 5’x0” long and 2’-3” high above ground level and 1’-0” below ground level welded with 02 nos. MS flat 40x10mm including 25x10mm horizontal below top flat horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom and 9 nos. M.S. Square bars of 45 degree angle at 6” centre to centre including the 02 nos.MS channel 75x40mm in posts having 02 nos. channel welded to from post of size 75x80 mm and 5’-0” long ( 3’-0” above ground level and 2’-0” below ground level ) with lugs 1’-3” long 2 no’s MS flat 40x10 mm at bottom under each post to be provided on both sides of shutter with 2 no’s hinges for open able arrangements with sliding bolt for locking arrangements and gate shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1’-6”x1’6”x2-0”) be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in al respect tot the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge ( DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush / ruled/ struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge ( DSR 13.31.1).

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, al complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( DSR 14.17)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead. Engineer in charge ( DSR 15.56).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade:- new work ( two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm. ( DSR 13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved bran and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work. ( DSR 14.54.1)

Providing and applying of JK putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete ( DSR 13.26)
