(d) Adhesion bond strength 2 N/mm2 (e) Creep Strain Reduction - 10%
(ii) This mortar can also be used on external or internal surface of RC component / any brick or stone wall surface etc.
(iii) Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.
(iv) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

Repair mortar in the ratio of 0.33:1:4 mixed with cement and fine aggregate(4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) water based lignosulphonates concrete bonding agent water Less than 15% as compared to 50% max. allowable under IS:2645, having SG 1 to 1.2 gm/cc, chloride content : Nil as per IS 2645-2003 over and including hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, to be applied on surface before application for mixture of cement and fine aggregate (4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) , chemicals in ratio as per recommendation of manufacturer total chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(ii) The granolithic chemicals having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/litre, compressive strength (BS 6319 pt.2)-40 Mpa at 7 days, Flextural strength (BS 6319 pt.3)-25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength(BS 6319 pt . 7)-15Mpa at 7 days, Bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/sqmm at 7 days, (iii) pouring of using suitable arrangement as required using pumping device for uniform flow of . ensuring proper bond between the metallic aggregates. (iv) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

(ii) The coating shall be Non-Volatile, low Temperature Feasibility Test, Tensile strength 0.4 Mpa, Elongation 20% Cleaning, (iii) The chemical shall be mixed using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats polymer modified using impervious liquid admixture and compound-based concrete and mortar conforming to IS 2645 - 2003 of chemicals as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
(iv) Top of the Surface shall be furnished even and smoother with extra cement including all finishing the surface of match with the existing surface and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.
(v) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying two coats of water based Alicyclic emulsion sealer for resistance to aggressive agents like atmospheric gases-excellent barrier to carbon dioxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen, water, UV rays and rain, efflorescence and lime blooming over and including a coat of water based acrylic polymer primer on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed. (d) The Contractor shall give Guarantee for structural repair of for a period of 10 (Ten) years from the certified date of completion. Similarly the Contractor shall take warranty of structural repair for next 10 years of the work immediately after executions/ completion of work from the authorised Applicator .
(e) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of carrying out work upto 15m height of building.
