M&L for ready mixed concrete (RMC) for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimun 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregat gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or grabel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm lenngth, specific, gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15 - 40micron, minimum meelting temperature as 240° C and minium tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacture. PQC laid , spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017 and removing the rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming 8mm wide x 25mm deep construction joints (using diamond cutter) and filling with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) and minimum Movement accommodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requriement of BS 5212 and EN 141876 1003 for Hydrolysis/Water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod applying masking taps on edge of joints to prevent residential slippage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as per manufacturer recommendation specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 05 here-in-before but 10mm wide x 75mm deep dummy joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to damaged broken cement concrete edges between two adjacent slabs and pot holes of taxi/runway/dispersal by cutting (square/rectangular shape) of any depth with cutter or chisel, cleaning surfaces and removing of loose material & dust by blowers and disposing off rubbish outside MoD land and applying evenly one coat of epoxy resin primer and filling in with elastomeric concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Dispatch of Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent in SIKA, BASF, FOSROC Note : During repair the disturbed joints of slab shall be made good to full depth as required with sealing compound grade 'B' ISI marked without any extra cost and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item.

Raking out existing sealing compound from expansion, construction & dummy joints of width 20 to 35mm in concrete and in any existing depth by mechanical means, preparing and cleaning of sides, bottom and edges of adjoining slabs with solvent soaked cloth to remove sticked old sealing compound completely, cleaning the surface of the joints with wire brushes and finally removing and cleaning dust etc with compressed air to make it free from all foreign particles, filling with polyurethane joint sealing compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10mm above the (backup rod) including one coat of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene backup/backup sheet of required size & shape over bituminous joint filler board in position applying masking tape on edges to prevent accidental slippage off solvent on top surface and to give a neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as per manufacture instructions including removal of loose & foreign materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Where ever depth of joints exceeds 25mm (PU and back up rod), the additional depth shall be filled with preformed bituminous filler board without any extra cost

All as per item No 16 here-in-before but 35 to 50mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement/Taxitrack/Runway by applying thermoplastic paint conforming to IS: 164-1981 (First Rivision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mm thick and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road/Taxitrack/Runway surface and marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour should be approved by GE.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work subclass "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 12 here -in- before but except bricks

M & L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or side in CM (1:4) as in drain/ channel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specfied and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC (design Mix) M -25 using 20mm graded aggregates, foundation, including rafts, footing, drain, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns, etc basement slabs, under-ramex poil;es and mass concrete complete all as specfied and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required including crankig bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bingings with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushedstone aggregate as in bed block benching, kerb, mud stop, rounded or chamferrred on edges, coping on edging of drain etc incluidng necessary form work where required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mmgraded stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) as in cover slabs placed in position complete incuidng necessary form work and demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified provided for and removing the demolished material out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation/desludging /desilting as in liquid /dry foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.50m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs.grass from side of drain including reoving esisting RCC cover slabe of any size and thickness and resetting in hte same position and removing the sludge out the defecnce landin covered container complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clean the shrubs and grass of aprons and and removing the sludge out the defecnce landin covered container complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Qulity "B" as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared fo r hanging or sliding with and incluiding either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rils and guides ) and hanign also fasterning and fixing complerte al as specified and directed

Fixing only for framed work of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Qulity "B" as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared fo r hanging or sliding with and incluiding either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rils and guides ) and hanign also fasterning and fixing complerte al as specified and directed. Note : The Gate should be re-fix in same opening after easing and making suitable fixing arrangement including all fitments items l and like.
