M&L for ready mixed concrete (RMC) for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimun 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregat gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or grabel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm lenngth, specific, gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15 - 40micron, minimum meelting temperature as 240° C and minium tensile strength of 300Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacture. PQC laid , spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017 and removing the rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to damaged broken cement concrete edges between two adjacent slabs and pot holes of taxi/runway/dispersal by cutting (square/rectangular shape) of any depth with cutter or chisel, cleaning surfaces and removing of loose material & dust by blowers and disposing off rubbish outside MoD land and applying evenly one coat of epoxy resin primer and filling in with elastomeric concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raking out existing sealing compound from expansion, construction & dummy joints of width 20 to 35mm in concrete and in any existing depth by mechanical means, preparing and cleaning of sides, bottom and edges of adjoining slabs with solvent soaked cloth to remove sticked old sealing compound completely, cleaning the surface of the joints with wire brushes and finally removing and cleaning dust etc with compressed air to make it free from all foreign particles, filling with polyurethane joint sealing compound using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10mm above the (backup rod) including one coat of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene backup/backup sheet of required size & shape over bituminous joint filler board in position applying masking tape on edges to prevent accidental slippage off solvent on top surface and to give a neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as per manufacture instructions including removal of loose & foreign materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note : Where ever depth of joints exceeds 25mm (PU and back up rod), the additional depth shall be filled with preformed bituminous filler board without any extra cost
