Anti termite treatment to wood and wood based material by drilling hole in the direction of 45 degree 150mm to 200mm deep at minimume 300mm distance in consecutive hole and applying emulsion of chemical of PREMISE or PAXTON mixed with water in the ratio of 1:20 by spraying machine minimume 250ML to 300ML emulsion should be incert in the each hole and for that 3 to 4 round spraying to be done. Finally the chemical will be mixed with white cement and make it just like the paste and incert in the hole for the closing and better results etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) 15mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab in cement mortar 1:6 in and including using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement .
(d) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr/sqm.
(e) Providing with 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Water proofing treatment on vertical surfaces in the following manner complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge :-

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping /roof padding /roof kerb ior mud stop ,water through, benching and like icluding weathering slightly ropunded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work in and including demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and coveringg concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and remove all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : The cost of cleaning and washing of brick tiles for re use shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment in and including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or with mortar and pointed and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
