INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fixing for angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed 15mm bore(concealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing for SPD of capacity 32 A,4 Pole type C,12.5 KA. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for SPD of capacity 40 A,4 Pole type C,12.5 KA ,Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 600 mm sweep and 1440 RPM suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix LED High bay fitting 150 W, high efficiency round highbay in PDC housing suitable for industrial application. The luminaire should have efficacy of 100 lm/w and IP 66 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel tube axial flow fan industrial type 1000mm dia,10 CUM/SEC (18000CFM) AC415 Volts 50 Hz, fire retardent body,with capacity to withstand 400 Degree Celcius for 02 hours, with flow from motor to impeller,with motor position at the centre of impeller, with provision protection net installed at both the end,terminal box, view port with totally enclosed protection of class "H" with minimum of IP65 protection, with provision of vibration isolater mounts, Impeller of aluminium alloy and allied works, including cutting hole in brick wall and making good disturbed area and motor shall be certified and tested as per EN:14986,EN:13857,EN:13463 all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing GI line of 100 mm dia and insert the tee of size 100x100x50 including making thread & including all fititngs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm (internal dimensions) (depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to the top of MS cover) with MS top cover 3.25 mm thick sheet, fixed on frame made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick, with locking arrangement including two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel and iron surfaces, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally and externally), 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for base, 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for coping, two coats of white wash internally after preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Motor Operated SF6 insulated Vaccum circuit Breaker as outgoing having following feature: All live parts Cu bus bar, VCB will be enclosed in a manually/TIG welded, of suitable thickness, stainless steel tank enclosure filled with SF6 gas at suitable pressure. The Unit Shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings required at site: 11KV, 630A, 25KA for 1Sec, Outdoor type, Motorized, Non-extensible, SF6 gas insulated Ring Main unit with sealed pressure system criterion in accordance with the IEC: 60298. STAND BY DG SET

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing silent diesel engine driven Gen Set 320 KVA (400 KW at 0.8 PF) at least 399 BHP capacity 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire with acoustic weather proof enclosure as per CPCB norms and noise level shall not exceeding 75 db at a distance of 1 metre, Engine as per IS-10001/1002 and Alternator as per IS-13364 installed on PCC 1:2:4 platform as per manufacture recommendation complete comprising the following components :- Note : 1. FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Terrace pump of 450 LPM capacity at 36 mtrs head pressure not less than 3.5 kg/sq cm at the top most hydrant suitable for fire fighting and conformiong to IS- 12469-1988 complete with totally enclosed drip proof squirrel cage indication motor with bronz impellers, pressure guage, pressure switch complete to operate on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz complete including PCC fondation block and making connection with tail / tapper pieces to connect supply and delivery pipes, including pipes, valves and non return valves and also including fabricated MS common base phase of suitable size coupling guard air vent for casting pessure guages on delivery side and pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing testing & commissioning of cubical type floor mounted fire control panel fabricated from 2mm M.S. sheet dully painted with stove enamaled finish of approved shade and comprising of One 63-amp fuse switch unit. With 63 amps HRS fuse D.O.L. starter suitable for main pump motor with overload relay, timer, push buttons and auto manual selector switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure switch of approved make for Hydrant pump, jockey pump , Diesel Engine Driven pump and terrace pumps including necessary wiring and cut off valve up to central panel & other material as described in specifications.complete all as specified and as diirected.

Suppy and fix Air cushioning tank (Air vessel ) 250mm ida x 1000mm high with dished top, made of minimum 6mm thick MS Pipe /Plate complete with 20mm dia. Brass air valve (Ball type) , 20mm dia stop valve, pressure gauge with brass stop cock, nipple tees elbows and all accessories complete. One for Pum room and one for Terrace, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing exhaust, Diesel engine driven pump exhaust M. S. pipe class 'C' 150 mm dia including fitting like flanges, bends, reducers, etc. 50 mm thick fibre wool insulation aluminium cladding, 21 gauge, necessary excavation, fixing of silencer connections at engine exhaust, necessary supports, back filling, cutting and making good, bird proof and weather proof flap complete in all respect as directed.
