Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 32mmx6mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, with and including including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Disconnecting and Taking out/down old existing defective LT/HT cables of any size and any type laid in trenches or fixed to poles/walls etc with and including PCC/Brick Covers for protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Non Reteriable (Old UNSV) cable under the existing bldgs will be as ascertained by the BOO to be convened by the GE.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 10 to 12: Earth work, returning filling, removal and pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000 Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed with and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice board/plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 250 x 200 mm size as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, straight through joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor 3 core 95 Sqmm size cable as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, indoor end termination joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor 3 core 95 Sqmm size cable as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor end termination joint kit (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core 95 Sqmm size cable as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying only for old size (common burnt clay) sub class 'B' bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) as in trenches laid over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained against Item No 8 here-in-before shall be reused.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall and under road etc to locate the fault manualy, rectify the defect and relaying cable including connecting and testing of cable any size/type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation/earth work, joint and any other item required for making good shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BoQ.

M&L for Horizontal Boring of Holes under road, Pavement and hard standing etc by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techique and necessary machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F or laying HDPE (DWC) pipe outer dia not less than 90 mm suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, fixing on poles, walls, under floors, laying on surface etc as reqired at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates quoted shall deemed to be included for required accessories, bend, joints etc (ii) Clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items required for fixing on wall/surface shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F Busbar Chamber of size not less than 40 cmx40cmx30cm with set of 04 aluminium busbars 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. Bus bars shall be colour coaded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber shall be fixed on 04 Nos of legs made out of MS Angle Iron 40x40x6mm. Length of each leg shall be not less than 60cm. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in dark grey shade over a coat of red oxide primer, legs shall be embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) bed blocks of size 30cmx30cmx30cm as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F changeover switches 4 pole 200 Amps, 415 volts in sheet metal enclosure including fixing on wall/LT panel/any other surface using nut/bolts/Anchor fastners as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Calibration/setting of protection devices, Relays fixed in HT/LT/VCB/RMU panels with all protection function (overcurrent, Earth fault protection), tripping test of Overcurrent and earth fault relay through primary and secondary injection machine, testing of Auxiliary relay, tripping test through all respected relays and submit report from authorised service dealer/center/representative complete all as specified and as directed. Note. (i) Rate quoted shall be inclussive of all equipments, tools, labour etc. (ii) Contractor shall submit the test report of calibration of relay from approved/authorised agency. (iii) Unserviceable part or items shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Servicing of HT Vacuum Circuit breaker and HT Panel and RMU after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all elctric supply. Maintenance, cleaning, servicing and testing of HT breaker, bus bars, CTs, PTs, IR value, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of CTs and PTs , tightening and checking of control wires and other allied works, removing moisture and dust from HT breaker and inside of HT breaker through CRC and dry cloths, testing of leakage with the help of Hi-Pot testing machine, testing of IR value of breaker, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of opening release and shunt closing, lubricants of all moving parts, testing and operation of On/Off through TNC switch and push button, checking of anti-pump device, reapir of racking mechanism, earth alignment, tightening of loose connections and allied work at 11 kV substations complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted shall deem to be included for Measurment of resistance value, tools, labour, petroleum jelly, dry cloths, nut -bolt, washers and complete fixing, connection and testing. (ii) Parts, spares and anti tracking coating spray shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply only HT bus bar/breaker insulator for HT panel as per existing suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar VCB Panel at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Vacuum interruptor (Vacuum Bottle) as per existing suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirlosloskar VCB at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Strip heaters 80-100 watt, AC 240 volts as per existing suitable for HT/LT panels of substations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only TNC switch as per existing suitable for Crompton greaves/ Kirloskar VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only digital ammeter for VCB panel as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only digital volt meter for VCB Panel and LT panel as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only shunt closing coil 24 V /110 V DC /AC suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar at 11 KV substations as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Geared motor (Spring charging) 220-250 V AC/DC with complete accessories suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar at 11 KV substations as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Current transformer of ratio 30-15 /5-5A, Burden 15 VA, Indoor Epoxy cast type, line voltage 11 kV, class 1.0/5P10, 50 Hz, size and model as per existing CTs installed at 11 KV Substation suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar VCB as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Potential transformer (Draw out type) of ratio 11kV/110V, Burden, 3 Phase, Rated voltage 11 kV, Insulation level, 28/75KV (P) class 1.0, 50 Hz, connection STAR / STAR, size and model as per existing PTs installed at 11 KV Substation suitable for Crompton greaves/Kirloskar VCB as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Finding out the fault with fault locator machine and repairing/rectifying the same in HT 11000 volts grade Under Ground Cable laid more than 75 centimetre deep in tranches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted shall be inclussive of required excavation ans earth work, making joints as applicable and testing etc. (ii) HT cable fault shall be repaired within 04 Hrs after receiving complaint from Engr-in-Charge, failing which a penalty of Rs.1000.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contactor.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of defective /unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA, 11 kV/433 Volts 3 phase (Pole/floor mounted), taking up/down from site of installation carefully with the help of crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repair, opening the transformer in the presence of Engr-in-Charge, taking out the core assembly, draining transformer oil, removing unserviceable parts, refilling oil, ovening of reassembling of winding assembly at factory site, carrying out routine tests, including transportation and refixing back to oriinal or some other location including connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted shall deem to be included for necessary labour, machinery, tools, crane, transportion and complete fixing charges of Parts/spares etc. (ii) All parts and rewinding of transformer as and if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L rewinding of defective coils of Servo stabilizer/transformer upto size 100 kVA with Copper dpc covered winding strip as per original gauge/size for copper wound transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only non-metal part HV bushing including insulators complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HT brass bush rod of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV) of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only non-metal part LV bushing including insulators with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bush rod made of brass of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer or servo stablizer of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 100 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling superior quality transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers/servo stablizer installed at various sites or topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer/servo transformer oil with dehydration/filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor at his own expenses to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge.

S&F breathers Assembly (transparent type) complete with silica gel suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Racking mechanism for VCB 11 kV as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Operating mechanism for VCB 11 kV as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F combined over current and earth fault numerical relay with input current 1A/5A and auxiliary voltage 24 V including complete installation in 11 kV VCB panel, making connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per instruction's of OEM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Relay shall be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting, welding, drilling or any other suitable means, using metal palets or shall be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost. (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Proper functioning and testing shall be carried out without any extra cost.

S&F Master tripping relay of auxillery voltage 24 V/110V AC/DC including complete installation in 11 kV VCB panel, making connections and testing at 11 KV sub stations as per instruction's of OEM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Relay shall be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting, welding, drilling or any other suitable means, using metal palets or shall be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost. (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Proper functioning and testing shall be carried out without any extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT panel board (CPRI approved as per latest Norms) of suitable size having outer shell made out of 3.15 and inner shell made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system (each door hinged with body at 4 places) lockable, openable by keys, having pad lock arrangement with both side, with pad lock of three keys and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factor fabricated having modern fabrication followed by power coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar min 200 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, (a) MCCB 125 Amps, 25 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, adjustable overload and fixed short circuit (incoming)-01 Nos (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 16 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, overload adjustable and fixed short circuit (Outgoing), -02 Nos. (c) RYB indication LED type, 230 volts. M&L for disconnection of electrical connections of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 75 KVA, transportation to factory for repairs and servicing, calibration and testing for proper functioning and refixing in the same position after repairs and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unsv parts shall be measured and paid under relevant item as supply only.

Supply only Micro Controller based fully automatic digital Servo Voltage controller as per existing for 75 KVA Servo stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only AC servo motor (Synchronous Motor) 240 V, 1 Ph, 50 HZ, as per existing for 75 KVA (3x25KVA) Servo stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PCB as per existing for 75 KVA (3x25KVA) Servo stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only protection relay as per existing for 75 KVA (3x25KVA) Servo stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed.
