Providing and fixing M.S. Flat railing panel of 9-10" long and 6-9" high (4-9" above ground level and 2'-0" in ground) consisting of 2 No. vertical member made out of ISMC 125 with 0-9" long anchorage piece welded at bottom embedded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 of size 1-6"x1"-6"x2-0" in ground the rate further includes digging of pit and including Centering shuttering wherever required and removal of earth. The frame of railing consist of 2 Nos, top & bottom horizontal member as MS angle 65mmx65mmx6mm. The railing panel having vertical members of MS flat 50 mm x 6mm of 4'- 4" height @ 6¼" & 3" spacing alternately and 7' ½" high vertical flats and @ 6¼" long horizontal members at top and bottom in between vertical members. The vertical M.S flat are welded to each other with 12mm dia bar by making holes at the centre of each vertical member The rate further including the cost of 2 Nos. 12mm dia nut, bolt and washers with 3" long sleeve of G.I pipe 19mm dia for fixing of vertical members of railing panel to each other above the ground level, finished with two coats paint over one coat of metal primer (special quality) complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of factory made Fine Finished Cylindrical Bollard 150mm dia Fiber Reinforced Plastic moulds of size 950mm (Precasted in M35 concrete) high over ground level and 300mm (Cast in situ with 1:2:4 Concrete) below G.L. made with M:35 mix concrete design using 1225 mm long 4 nos. 10mm dia TMT steel bars, 6mm dia stirrups @ 150mm c/c consisting 2 cuts of 75mm high at top for retro reflector tape type-IV, fiber reinforcement plastic moulds fixed in existing cycle track after digging of bituminous/concrete/ paved/earth having size 300x300x 450 mm also included with C.C.1:2:4 block of size 300x300x450 mm The rate included rectroreflective tape type IV, digging, centering shuttering wherever required,loading unloading with all leads, concrete etc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing retro reflective high intensity microprismatic sheeeting 50mm wide conforming to type-IV of, ASTM-D 4956-01 in required color and size of 150mm long over existing surfaces like railings in centre verge, guard rails etc. including cutting of sheet and cleaning/rubbing of surface complete in all respects and to be entire spectification of Engineer-in-charge.
