Providing and fixing of overhead retro reflective butterfly type signage board made out of 4mm thick ACP sheet make ALSTONE, ALUPAN, ALSTAR, ALUOND or equivalent reflectorized with Type XI retro reflective sheeting confirming to IRC-672012/ASTM-D-4956 of make 3m or equivalent, Avery Dennison in white colour and second layer of overlay in blue colour and letters/boards/symbols etc. removing the existing truss, dismantling of existing ACP, fixing of new ACP sheet after paint over the truss/column and fixing the truss of existing MS column. The work shall also include the cost of M.S. Flat clamps nuts and bolts washers and finished with paint over truss and column, including the cost of fixing drilling and prop riveting over existing back support frame at all heights, including the cost of crain charges removing and refixing of truss complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Fixing of ACP Sheet on existing sector M.S. Frame fully reflectorised by laminating high intensity microprismatic sheet Type-XI including signs and lettering in different colours screen printing with transparent ink and cutting and fixing new sheel with aluminium alloy steel riverts at suitable interval. The rates further include the cost of dismantling/refixing of existing ACP sheet painting of two or more coats of paint on existing M.S. frame, carriage, cost of gen set etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
