A) Design, installation, development, testing and commissioning of Steel Floating Barge of size 7 m x 5 m. Providing & supplying A.C. Building board in Ceiling with necessary nails, Wood Board Screws including Ist class Local wood 50mmx 12mm beading, Providing Repainted Galvanised Iron Sheet Roofing (RPGI), Providing Repainted G.I. Sheet accessories (Ridges/valley, Gutter/flashing), Providing wood work in frame for false ceiling, Partitions, Painting in three coats on new steel & other metal surface with ready mixed bituminous paint including cleaning the surface, Providing deck fitting of approved specification on board the barges. Providing mooring materials, Life saving & Fire fighting equipmentson board the barges as directed & Specified. Providing & Supplying electrical arrangements for light/fan/call bell point with all materials, including Transportation of equipment, erection at site, setting the work etc. all complete as required and as directed. Fabrication and supplying, Getting Permission from naval officer before descending the Barge in the river water , payment to All Permission to Concerned Authority, etc complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR BARGE RAW WATER PUMPING:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of New Proposed Raw Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) on Barge of 20 HP, 19.1 LPS, 40 Mtr Head, 2 nos. (1 working + 1 standby) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/Matharon/ Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve etc., All piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydro Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specification. Supplying and Erection of Lifting equipment chain block pulley with travelling trolley with 6 mtr lift for clear water pump and blower. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

C) ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR BARGE RAW WATER PUMPING:- Design, Supply & erection of LT panel with suitable size Incomer MCCB from transformers & DG Set. Pumps feeders supplied with MCB/MCCB & DOL/Star Delta/Soft starter with EMPR for motor protection. (DOL up to 7.5HP and Star Delta up to 35 HP and Soft starter above that). Also have Spare MCB of 16 amp (2 Nos) and 32 amp (1 Nos). The panel should be SCADA Compatible with power analyser and can be operated remotely from SCADA System. APFC Panel : Suitable Rating of KVAR capacity 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Contactor Logic & Intelligent Relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP/MPP type capacitor units with Detuned (harmonic filter) reactors of suitable rating and compliance to IEC 61439 and power quality IEC 61921 standard. Providing and extending earthing to all electrical & Mechanical equipment from transformer thru 25x3 GI Strip. Supplying, laying & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3/3½/4 core aluminium conductor with continuous 12 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe for all equipment as per std and IE Rules. A cable of 4 x 50 sqmm should be laid from new WTP up to Barage location with proper Excavation, Sand bedding, Tile protection, Cable marker on route etc as per IE rule and APDCL specifications. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware. Providing internal and External Lighting with concealed PVC pipe (20mm), flexible single core copper wire along with Switch boards, normal sockets, power sockets, LED lighting, Fans, Exhaust fans for Barage. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main

DI - K9 Pipes for Raw water Pipes and Specials: - Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of raw water transmission main of Supply, delivery & Stacking of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K9, and P 1.0 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-9 suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per IS 8329:2000. including third party inspection (Pre and Post) including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved grade excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , reinstating of road, Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements, hydro-testing complete for Rising main as per Technical Specifications and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule IV : Proposed Water Treatment Plant (1.10 MLD)

A) Civil works for Proposed WTP: Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Complete Water Treatment Plant of capacity 1.10 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Aeration, Rapid mixing flash mixer (MSEP), Sedimentation & Filtration followed by disinfection Auto Chlorination system (Pre & Post) fixing and installation up to commissioning with construction of RCC Chlorine Room of minimum 14 Sqm.as per instruction of the Engineer - in -Charge at the WTP Location, including all necessary Mechanical Work suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant, Provision for Back Washing, Chemical house with Laboratory Facility including laboratory equipment and having provision for one Water Works Office and Storage accommodation, filter back wash water tank, sludge disposal system, recycling of back wash water, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including all internal and external electrification work for compound lighting etc., back wash water pump with necessary piping work etc., and including Internal electrification work (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Design and Construction of pure water sump of required capacity & pump house having all appurtenances & provision for all inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement; calibrated water level indicator; Air Vent Pipe; Men Hole with Cover; CI Lugs inside the sump etc., and complete finishing of the pump room having steel casement window / ventilator, MS Rolling Shutter, C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener, internal electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

(B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR PROPOSED WTP:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of New Proposed Treated Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) of 15 HP, 19.44 LPS, 30 Mtr Head, 2 nos. (1 New pump + 1 existing pump will be used) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/ Matharon/Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve etc., WTP Components like Clariflocculator Bridge, MOC: MSEP Drive: Max. 1 HP / 1 Nos each Flocculator: 1-2 HP / 10 RPM / 2/4 Nos each, Flash Mixer 1.5m Dia x 1.8m Deep (or size as per drawing), MOC: MSEP, Lime & Alum dosing agitator, MOC: MSEP, Filter underdrain System with a. Concrete Tee @ 300 C/C b. PVC Laterals with end cap c. Air Header d. Rubber seal e. Header clamps. Chlorination System (1 working +1 Standby) Vacuum Based of Capacity 0-5 Kg/Hr. along with Accessories like Yoke Assembly, Auxiliary Container Valve/Manifold Valve/Isolation Valve, Vacuum Regulator, Remote Ejector, Booster Pump , Vacuum Tubing, Valves and Piping, PVC Piping, Chloro Filtra Systems Etc. Supply & Erection of spirally welded M.S./GI Pipes & Specials as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504 with DI Valves as per IS 4985 / 1988, for WTP & for Filter Bed, Clear water Sump, Backwash piping, Air Blower, Settling Tank, ESR etc. All piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydro Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specification. Air Blower with motor( Twin lobe type). Capacity -1200 M3/hr. Pressure- 0.4 Kg/cm2 & 30-40 HP/1500RPM IE-2 Electric Motor. Supplying and Erection of Lifting equipment chain block pulley with travelling trolley with 6 mtr lift for clear water pump and blower. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

(C) ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR PROPOSED WTP :- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA Transformer with DP Structure (1 Nos, Existing Transformer will be used as standby) 3 phase, 11/0.433 kV, 50 Hz., Mineral oil immersed and naturally cooled outdoor type, copper wound delta/star type as per IS:1180 (part 1) : 2014. D. P. Structure includes R.S.J. Pole 2 Nos. of size 100 x 116 mm x 11 Mtr., Distribution Box of C.R.C.A. Sheet 16 SWG with 4 Pole MCCB 250 Amps as incomer & 6 Nos. 200 Amps MCCB for out going circuits, A. B. Switch 200 Amps, D.O. fuse Set & L.A. Set, A.B. Switch handle etc. D.P. Structure in c.c. foundation, Copper coated GI Pipe/Plate Earthing at least 8 Nos (40 mm dia, 3 Mtr). Supply & erection of LT panel with suitable size Incomer MCCB from transformers, DG Set & Bus coupler. Servicing of existing Diesel generating set & AMF Panel with alternator of 62.5 kVA capacity and make it running. Providing internal and External Lighting with concealed PVC pipe (20mm), flexible single core copper wire along with Switch boards, normal sockets, power sockets, LED lighting, Street lighting, Fans, Exhaust fans for WTP Building and premises. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule V : Existing U/c Water Treatment Plant (1.10 MLD)

A) Design, supply, construction, of Balance Work of installation, testing and commissioning of incomplete WTP of capacity 1.10 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) Construction of Cascade Aerator, Clarifloculator of required capacity. including providing and applying whitewash and colour wash of existing WTP buildings. Providing, fixing and repairs of existing buildings. Proving, fixing and repairs of doors and windows with painting, providing and applying epoxy paint, Providing GI pipe railing wherever required, Providing and laying ceramic tiles to aerators, Providing and supplying MS pipe of various dia wherever required, Providing and fixing aluminium windows, Providing and supplying Rapid gravity sand filter media etc. all complete, and any other works as directed and specified by Engineer in charge/ employer.

(B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR EXISTING WTP:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Existing Treated Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) of 10 HP, 16.49 LPS, 20 Mtr Head (1 Nos) at existing WTP including all necessary electrical and other installation works. Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/Matharon/Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve etc. Supplying and Erection of other WTP Components like Lime & Alum dosing agitator, MOC: MSEP, Chlorination System (1 Working ) Vacuum Based of Capacity 0-5 Kg/Hr. along with Accessories like Yoke Assembly, Auxiliary Container Valve/Manifold Valve/Isolation Valve, Vacuum Regulator, Remote Ejector, Booster Pump , Vacuum Tubing, Valves and Piping, Chloro Filtra Systems Etc. Servicing of Piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydro Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specification wherever required. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

(C) ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR EXISTING WTP:- Supply & erection of LT panel with Suitable capacity of incomer MCCB from transformer. APFC Panel : Suitable Rating of KVAR capacity 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Contactor Logic & Intelligent Relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP/MPP type capacitor units with Detuned (harmonic filter) reactors of suitable rating compliance to IEC 61439 and power quality IEC 61921 standard. Providing earthing to all electrical & Mechanical equipment thru 25x3 GI Strip. HT/ L.T Cable & Termination :- Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3/3½/4 core aluminium conductor with continuous 12 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe against replacement of damaged and old cables and additional requirement wherever required. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware wherever required. Replacement and repair work of lighting and wiring works in existing WTP building. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and Clients Requirement

A) DI - K7 Pipes for Distribution network:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supply, delivery, Stacking, laying, Trial run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. B) HDPE Pipes for Distribution System confirming to IS 4984 / 14151 / 12786 / 13488:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supplying, transportation, stacking, laying using Trenchless Technology / Conventional Trenching method, electrofusion jointing for fittings , nalla/ drain/ culvert crossing and hydraulic testing of HDPE (PE100 PN 10) pipe including all pipe, specials, fittings and all relevant accessories (using electrofusion) confirming to IS 4984 and the specifications, including third party inspection (Pre and Post), all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading, construction of Thrust Block where necessary, conveyance to the project site and stacking with cost of all labour and material for following pipe diameters. including all labour, material, equipment all work complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge with all lead and lift-including earth work, back filling &thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC. Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. E) Flow Control Valve for Flow Measurement at the DMAs: Supply, installation and commissioning in all respect as per Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, including calibration in third party laboratory, Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064, for potable water with accuracy as per specification, with in- built wireless communication along with one number of battery operated Pressure Transmitter (ratio metric type) and integration of pressure signal with DMA flow meter wireless communication modem, including software for datalogging with workstation, as per given specifications for required sizes including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cables, pipe cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter in Electrical panels with locking arrangement, commissioning and erection all complete and pressure transmitter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications as directed by Engineer In Charge. Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, and Construction of RCC chambers for Flow Control Valve including PCC and RCC work, cost of supply and bending and binding of steel with required shuttering, cost of brick work with plaster from inside and outside, precast slabs, including all the miscellaneous items of work, restoration of the periphery, including the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. The item shall be as per specification, drawing and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

F) Fire Hydrant: Providing, Fixing, testing &Commissioning of Single Headed Gun Metal ISI Marked oblique pattern Hydrant Landing Valve with 80 mm dia, flanged inlet & 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with cap and chain, twist release lug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1993(third revision) (Type-'A') and specifications complete as required including Providing, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Cast Iron Sluice Valve/ Gate Valve confirming to IS:14846/2000 complete with matching flanges, rubber insertion, nuts, bolts and washer etc. of following size complete as required including Valve Chamber (FRP slab with universal key lock system) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule VIII : House Service Connections and Meter Installation

A) House Service Connection: Providing House Service connection from the distribution network pipe lines comprising of PVC Shade Piece, Brass Ferrule Cock and average 10.0 m. long reputed Brand 3 layer (Outer green coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and innermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R (Poly propylene- random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting etc. including all necessary earth work, restoration of road as per existing condition including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), hooking up of the service connection with the nearby distribution pipe network including payment of all taxes & duties, forest royalty, octroi, all complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

B) Domestic Water Meter and Meter Box : Providing, installing and giving satisfactory field testing of water meter (domestic type) with ISI mark as per IS 779/1994, horizontal inferential MultiJet type with magnetic drive and dry dial suitable for ambient 50° C |Temperature duly sealed against tampering, complete with couplings at both ends and conforming to class A as per IS 779/1994 (VI Revision) Third party inspection. Water Meter Conforming to IS: 4064 along with manufacturer's test certificate and guarantee certificate, with 5 years warranty, including cost of all materials, reducer, meter box as per specification (15mm dia/20mm dia/25mm dia) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule IX : Cost of various Permissions Charges

A) NH Road Crossing permission charges, includes necessary permission charges, documentation, work execution with HDD technology with cost of materials, lavbour,with cost of casing and carrier pipe all taxes including GST, clearing the site after work done with.as per specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule-X : Operation and Maintenance

Operation and Maintenance ( after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project):- Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Water Treatment plants ( Existing & proposed)pumps and motors, pumping stations, deep tube wells including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and SCADA systems, it also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, administrative building, laboratory, horticulture, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works . and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system through regular water supply in DMAs/Zones from service reservoirs to consumer water meter points as per specifications & employer's requirement including consumables, disposables, collecting bills, supply of chemicals, repairing of leakages in pipes, road restoration, periodical water testing cost, from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge. for Five years as per specifications attached and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
