Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD soecifications and drawing .Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick ,top and middile plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25x5mm size on back edges .The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm .The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos .75mmx75mm of 12SWG Sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm,600mm below ground level.The top most diamond plate will be welded to middile plate by 47mmx47mmof 12SWG steel tube.All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted wityh primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing and erecting a " W"" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level , fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 1.80m high ,1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvansed by hot dip process , all fitting to conforming to IS :1367 and IS :1364 ,metal beam rail to be fixedon the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150mmx75mmx5mm ,330mm long complete as per clause 801
