Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building of BALANCE WORK OF 800 CAPACITY AUDITORIUM COMPLEX FOR SRIMANTA SANKARDEV KALAKHETRA SOCIETY” AT PANJABARI, GUWAHATI (EXCLUDING FOUNDATION PART) IN THE CAMPUS OF SRIMANTA SANKARDEV KALAKHETRA AT PANJABAR with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect as per the Annexure - A of Architectural and Structural DBR, Annxure - D For Civil * Interiors make List and Annexure I- for Finishing Details & Annexure -X for description of Items to be incorporated inlcuding all related Interior Works, Furniture supply , Art Works as per the Annexure X for description of Items to be incorporated.

Planning, Designing and Execution of the following development works & bulk services including preparation of preliminary & detailed working/ service drawings, structural drawings incorporating stipulated specifications & integration of all civil, electrical & Mechanical services (Internal and External) with External Development works all complete as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge. 2.1: Planning, Designing & Construction of cement concrete Road (RCC M-30), Dewatered Vacuum Cement Concrete of width 4.5 m/ 6.0 mtr. along with median, painting, footpath with paver block 60mm thick or minimum M-35 grade of concrete laid over 100mm thick PCC and M-10 grade and factory made precast kerb stone of M-25 grade on both side of road alongwith bell mouth / drain opening cross drain, sewerage line complete with manholes,external water supply line from UGT, fire ring main ,cable trench ,LV trench,Rain water Harvesting,Deep TubeWell, Hydroneumatic Water supply pumps, Water Heater, landscape horticulture and other services sleeve and planning of other services not covered but required for successful commissioning of building etc., cast in situ RCC M-30 grade concrete strom water drain of 450mm width and minium 300mm varying depth required to maintain slope and discharge including covers etc all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. The work shall be executed as per detailed / Technical specifications / scope of the work mentioned in NIT and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. As per layout provided and design requirement as per the Tender Drawing and as per attached Annexure - A of Architectural and Structural DBR, Annexure - D For Civil & Interiors make List, Annexure -H for Plumbing Works and Annexure I- for Finishing Details & Annexure -X for description of Items to be incorporated.

Planning, Designing And Construction On EPC Basis Of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works Such As ,Transformer, LT Panels , HVAC ODU Panels, APFC Panel, Fire Panel, Lift Panel, Plumbing Panel, Meter Panel For Building & LT Kiosk, 400 KVA DG Set , UPS System , LED Street Light , External Feeder Pillars, All Interior Lighting System, CCTV System , Lifts, LAN System , IP Based EPABX System And Emergency Light And Illuminated Digital Signages With Support Services & Allied Facilities By Incorporating Stipulated Specifications, All Services Including Handing Over Complete As Per Scope Of Work And Directions Of Engineer In Charge as per the Tender Drawing and as per attached Annexure -B FOR MEP DBR, Annexure -E for Electrical Works & ELV , Annexure -G for Fire fighting Works & Annexure -X for description of Items to be incorporated.
