The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - Rs 50 lakh is the amount up to which no previous work experience of the subcontractor shall be required for subletting of work. Additionally, for newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms shall be considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution or split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. For example, a partner with a 30% share in the previous entity and a 20% share in the present partnership firm will have their credentials considered to the extent of 0.3 * 0.2 * value of the work done in the previous entity. In case of existing partnership firms, if any partner quits, the credentials of the remaining partnership firm shall be re-worked out, with the quitting partner taking away their credentials to the extent of their share on the date of quitting the partnership firm. For instance, if a partner with a 40% share quits, the credentials of the partnership firm shall remain as 60% of the original credentials. The percentage of variation in claimed measurements that can lead to action against the agency is 5% or more of the claimed gross bill amount, and the liquidated damages for incorrect measurements are 10% of the claimed gross bill value on the first occasion and 15% on any subsequent occasion.
